This stuff is awesome. Very simiular to Sencuous by Estee Lauder

I received this eau de parfum as a give the other day. It is a very unusual fragrance. I like it because it is light, but I would just say that it is average because it does not last a long time and I have to put it on my skin more so than any other fragrance.

I love BLV Notte. I also have the original BLV which is wonderful, but Notte is much sexier to me. It lasts fairly well too which is a must for me. BLV Notte is a warm and sexy scent that is not overpowering or masculine in any way. Funny thing, I tried this scent when I was on a vacation in Florida. The temperatures were hot hot hot, and I really didn't like Notte that much. Thought it was just okay, and passed on buying it altogether. Now, many years later, here in Pennsylvania with Autumn temperatures, I tried Notte again, and voila! Love it! So there you go. Some scents really are Fall or Winter scents, just as some scents are better in Spring or Summer. BLV Notte is beautiful on me, and I'm glad I tried it again! I'll be curious to see if it seems out of place on me next summer when the temperatures rise.

I purchased on a whim. It is not me. Nice smell I can't describe it. more for the person that likes a heavy scent, but it won't walk into a room before you. More for an office person. I'd call it a "dyke" perfume. Nothing wrong with that, mind you!

Hi. Ingredients in both frag. are different. However the impressions of the dry-down are very similar; warm, soft, sexy, mysterious and yet comforting. If anything, Notte has a little edge in the dry down because of ginger, I think. I have both and I enjoy both equally. Both may be more well suited in cooler weather imo.

I've only worn this fragrance for two days, but already I have concluded that it is contemporary and classic. It is sensual but not at all loud like some of the trendier fragrances. It stays close to the skin so as not to be overbearing. It is also clean and warm without the sickening sweet notes that pervade so many current scents. This is a great find. I was getting bored with too many others.

Hi Christa - sorry it's taken me so long to reply (you've probably already tried it!), but I'd say this smells more similar to Jungle than Angel...though it really doesn't resemble either of them strongly, it is a bit closer to Jungle with its sweet, softly spicy scent. Angel is strong on the patchouli.

It really depends on what you want to go for. Try them out yourself! Our comments are only our comments, whether they may be right or wrong, but whichever one you may prefer, it's based on what you like.

Hello people... I am new to Bvlgari fragrance... Now, I'm thinking of getting either BLV Notte or Omnia? Any comments?

i didnt care muCH for the 2st edition BLU but once i sniffed this in the dept store i knew i had to have it. it wears softly and powdery even in daytime, and at night it is long lasting, warm and seductive!!

For me, Angel, Lolita and the like can't hold a candle to Blv Notte. It's mysterious, deep, and sensual but not candy-like. It's notes are Ginger, Mandarin, Bergamot, Vodka, Acacia, Iris, Tobacco Flower, Dark Chocolate, Incense, and Amber. With those notes it can't be anything but perfect for me! I love to wear this at night. Irresistible.

It's a nice fragrance but it smelled more like a light men's cologne on me. I prefer more overtly feminine fragrances.

My mom wears both. And they have a lot of similarities-- floral/gourmand. Beautiful and soft. It is also reminiscent of Dior's Addict, but I get a headache from that, not this.

Hello again! Okay...I'm considering ordering this so, help me with a few questions. Is this close to Jungle or more towards Angel? Is it long lasting? My current favorites include: Angel, Mauboussin, Pink Sugar, Addict , Butterfly and Jungle. Appreciate any help, Thanks

Ok, couldn't resist that pun! This is one superb fragrance, one of my faves. Warm, soft, and subtle, yet sexy and alluring. Could be worn all year, but probably most appreciated in the cooler weather. All the versions of BLV are winners.

I've just received it yesterday, and all I can say is: LUUUV IT! I allready have BLV, and they have a lot in common, but they also differ (Notte is deeper type, for night, that's why it's called "notte" I guess), and BLV is more of a daytime fragrance. Staying power on me is good, and it lingers for a loong time. Highly recomended!

It's a comfortable, soft scent, to be used in quiet moments (I imagine a walk in the dusk). At night it'll be imperceptible.

I got BLV notte and u r right.I had a problem with BLV not being long lasting, but notte scores over blv in that dept and also it is much more intoxicating,intriguing than the original.Did i mention i luv chocolates, so may be i'm more partial to Notte.Yeah, i have smelled trouble and the trouble with trouble is that i have dior addict and they smell similar and until i finish dior addict i'm not going to buy anything that smells so similar.Also ysl's cinema smell exactly like trouble and addict.Thanx for u'r input tho.

I really like BLV Notte a lot, but in my opinion it's not that much different from my original BLV, but at the same time it is different. Of course it is very reminiscent of the original... In fact I think that only by having added chocolate to the Notte they have made it a more dramatic and sexier scent, not that BLV isn't, only Notte is a bit more intense. However, I still have a bottle of BLV that is more than half full, so at this point I had decided not to get it until I finish it. But when I do, I think I will get BLV Notte to try it for change... On me the original last long, but Notte lasts even longer, so if you had a problem with it's lasting power and want something slightly more dramatic go for the Notte. By the way have you tried Trouble by Boucheron? You also might like that one for the winter... Maya

Mmmmmmmmmmmm! Dreamy, sexy, unusual...I love to wear this in my spa on warm nights that have lots of moonlight. BLV Notte is really sexy with its ginger-vodka-chocolate notes, and it's just a gorgeous fragrance. I can't get enough of this intoxicating, romantic fragrance.

Although this is nothing like Omnia (it lasts way longer though), I love this one! It starts off strong, then when it dries down, it smells so soft and powder-like! I agree with the other reviewers when they say that this perfume is definitely for the night!

How does it compare to BLV.Had that one for winter fragrance last yr.Looking for something new for winter this yr.Opinions welcome.

Very good, but only for winter and night. I prefer BLV, I think it´s more refreshing and can be used in any occasion.

I agree with Kristen.. Notte really does smell exactly like baby wipes.. and after it dries down, it smells kind of like baby powder.. Not the things that I want to smell like... Ugh...

smells like baby wipes when you first put it on.. dries down like milk and baby powder! ew!

I can tell you that all Bvlgari parfumes are long lasting and superb quality. I don't have this particular one (though I tried it, and it's better than regular BLV) but I have Blanc and BLV, and on me they last throughout the day.

Can anyone tell me if this perfume is long lasting? I hate to pay alot for perfume that fades quickly!

This is definitely a night-time fragrance. Very lush and sensuous with a nice, soft dry-down. Has a bit of a gingery note like BLV. Recvd many compliments on this one.

Wow! This does smell similar to Prada (lots of powdery notes), but it has the more masculine vodka and chocolate notes to balance it out. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a sophisticated, sexy fragrance, but doesn't want to smell like all the other millions wearing Prada.

I really like this perfume it is different and very easy to wear. A+++

Yummy! I have a dislike for "foody" scents but this is not "foody" at all. The chocolate and vodka are wonderfully balanced and enhance this beautiful fragrance. I may be wrong but I think if one didn't know what the notes were, they wouldn't be able to identify the chocolate and vodka. (I tried to be an Angel wearer but my husband kept telling me that he smelled chocolate.) I'm glad that Bvlgari created this fragrance because I feel really comfortable with it on. BLV is refreshing for the day but Notte is sensual and lovely for the evening.

Had Notte not been given to me for a Christmas gift, I don't think that I would have tried it. I do have to say that I am really enjoying this fragrance though. It is a very sexy and seductive scent but not one that is loud and attention getting like Prada and Addict. Notte is sexual but in a very intimate and comforting way.
