Designed by Escada Beaute in 2000, Escada Lily Chic is a refreshing, fruity fragrance. This feminine scent contains a blend of a refreshing blend of pears and green flower. Escada Lily Chic is recommended for daytime wear.
I first got this fragrance in 2000. I walked around that year smelling like a huge colorful bouquet of fresh cut flowers. I swear, even the bees followed me around.
I just bought it a couple of days ago... Even tho I love my orientals and this is the opposite of my perfume taste I still like it. I bought it because this is not a nad fragrance, for a casual, summer wear. The thing is that most of the green/fresh/fruity fragrances are suppost to be lighter than oriental/woody but not to me. Usually fresh/green ones bother my nose soooo much while orientals don't. But this Escada Lily Chic is a green one that doesn't bother me. It may not be as mysterious and sensual as Alchimie or Classique, but it just smells pretty. Yes, all I can say about this smell is that it's nice n pretty, that's it.
Some days I like it some days I hate it, its strong to start with, dulls down but then gets stronger nearing the end of the day?
I really like this one - green, fresh, and a little citrusy to me, although I don’t smell the pear that’s listed in the composition. It's soft but it lasts all day, which is great. It dries down to a powdery/green scent on me that I really love, but I can see how it would be just awful if it didn’t work well with your body chemistry.
I really like this scent. It's very fresh and very green, and like Clinique's Happy it either works well with your chemistry or it doesn't. Although it's fresh, it packs a punch and lasts a long time. Definitely a summery fragrance, but very nice and fresh without being too "young" smelling.
I really wanted to like this one..my Grandmothers name was Lily. But I have to be honest this stuff is cloying and the whole neon green thing is not too appealing to me anyway.
A great perfum, fresh, floral, but still sexy... I personally love Escada perfums, I think they burst with originality!
Lily Chic is the best perfume ever done, in my opinion. I love Lily Chic!!...hum..and my boy friend too.... I would like that it could be produced again. Please, please!....A lot of women (and men) would appreciate that!
Very perfumy - sweet and uninteresting
LOVE it!
I normally like soapy smell but not this one. This didn't go well with my body chemistry.
When I purchased this scent a few months ago, I thought it was old and had gone "sour" b/c it was a limited edition in 2000. But it turns out the fragrance really is sour and, I agree, soapy. Normally I love the refreshing, green, floral thing but not in this case. I love Escada, though, and will try one of their other scents.
I live in a hot weather climate South Georgia, and I was very grateful to find this fragrance. No it is not sexy Madeline, but some of us like to smell something refreshing once in a while, not those cloyingly trendy "sexy" smells. It does not lack depth, it just doesn't smell like whatever trendy smell is new on the block. Lily is a classic scent. I for one wore this all summer long and enjoyed it very much. Thank you Perfume Emporium and Escada!
Smells just like a heavily scented bar soap, with a green note. Not something I would want to wear, as it lacks depth and sensuality.
Cool, refreshing, slightly flowery. This one smells so very good. I usually can't do the citrus/floral thing well(it always either "disappears" or turns sour on me)-once again body chemistry ....This one is a mixture of pear and lily and it's not too sour or too sweet. Thank you Escada! Now if you could only keep your fragrances on the market, instead of this limited time only deal. Note: If you test and like this one-Buy it right away or else buy it here. Escada imho makes some really nice stuff, but some of their fragrances are hard to find.
One of my all-time favorites. Wonderful sweet scent for spring & summer. Not overly-done, just very feminine and clean.
This one is a little too sour for me, if they took out a little of the sourness, it would be an excellent perfume!
Lily chic smells a little too green to me...not what i expected n not much of a lily scent...i think for lily scents, Lilia Bella by Guerlain is better..
it smells so good and my boyfriend loves it
it is so nice! sweet but fresh, i also like: aqua di gio, ralph, babydoll, tommy girl, honeymorie, also highly recommend "tropical punch"-new from escada!
It's smells like heavenly lilies. It's perfect for springtime. Highly recommend!
It is one of my best... smells like spring: fresh... combination of lily, green apple, lily-of-the-valley...
