After reading the comments on this page it sounds like Shiseido messed around with the original Zen. I discovered the original (black bottle) in the 70s and wore it for years. It was sexy and warm in a very suttle way. Too bad they changed it. If you never experienced the one in the black bottle you don't know what you've missed.
