2 sprays is all u need...3 is absolutely max. If wearing to work- two sprays-one to base of neck, and the other a "walk-thru" spritz to the clothes. That lasts me all day at work and I have dry skin even though I rarely wear it to work. If you're going out, then 2 or 3 and u will never need a miniature if u do the one spritz to your clothes.
