I don't want to comment too much on all the great attributes of this fragrance, as its already been told countless times on this forum. Yes, it's fresh, sweet, spicy, smoky, eucalyptus-y, and all those great things. But the best thing about it is it's ability to layer with other fragrances....Namely, Rochas Man and La Nuit de l'homme. Obviously, you could use these fragrances separately with great results, but any combination of the three will yield even greater results... if I had to choose, I would say BK and L'N'D'L'H is the sexiest combo! If you don't believe me, layer them, go into an environment where there are a lot of attractive women, and see for yourself......

Oh yeah, this sensual juice is both fairly unknown and ladies seem to swoon BIG time when I'm wearin' it; absolutely can't go wrong with this stuff.

This fragrance is the the closest thing to getting laid, trust me!

First time I sniffed this stuff was in 2000. I really like it. It was my forgotten dream. And I buy it just several days ago. I like it. It is sexy, not overwhelming, soft fragrance. I like it. But you know what, it has no good staying power on me. Longevity on skin is lack. I was wishing it could last long. But, however it's nice. Does somebody know a fragrance similar to this with excellent longevity? I would love it. Btw, this stuff reminds me of JPG Le Male (maybe it will be perfect for someone using this at daytime and JPG Le Male at evening). And 1 more, this stuff also reminds me of Carolina Herrera 212 Sexy for women, not similar, but there's some notes that reminds me of 212Sexy.

Like other YSL fragrance, Body Kouros is so mysterious and that is what I like from YSL fragrances.

Love it. Body Kouros is a sweet seductive perfume. But it doesn't last long on body. I have one and got a lot of compliments from people. Sugar candy cologne !!!

I bought this blind off of the internet after reading so many positive reviews and from being a fan of YSL M7. First of all, this stuff is very strong. I could smell it from across the room on a card that I put one spray on 6 hours earlier! I liked it at first - very different probably due to the eucalyptus. On my skin this turned evil though, seems like an overy sweet mix of baby powder and the inside of a tire store. This is the first fragrance I've ever tried that nausiated me and made me shower again immediately. I guess this is the case for any strong, very unique fragrance - you either love it or hate it. I hate it!

I've never smelled Lolita Lempicka au masculin, but Body Kouros smells very much like Rochas Man to me.

Does anyone else here agree that Body Kuoros smells almost identical to Lolita Lempicka au masculin? I have owned Lempicka for about a year and read the awesome reviews for Body Kuoros, but when I sprayed some on at Sephora, it was just like Lempicka. Same licorice woodsy type smell, and it really didn't differ at all when it dried down.

When i spray this on, i am a dark, dangerous, seductive sex god. Women cannot help but abandon all inhibitions and indulge in the pleasures of the flesh with me.

I am a big fan of Kouros, so one cannot go wrong with this little treasure. It, like the original last for hours. Its top notes are like Kouros, but something different happens after that. You get taken to a quiet forest for a long walk. It is certain to attract someone to share this experience!

A very unique and sensual woodsy fragrance this one is. Modern, original, long-lasting and there's nothing out there that smells even close to it. Really don't have anything negative to say about this "pimpin' stuff" as some youngsters I've encountered considered it.

Luscious oriental woody love potion is my favorite from YSL and works its magic everytime I wear it and not to mention my girl doesn't want me wearing it unless she's with me at all times.

I LOVE this stuff. I would try to describe the scent to you but it is hard for me to classify. I can say that it is fairly dark and sensual. This is kind of like the smell of insense when you are making love. Yes all the other claims in this room is correct. This will turn you into every girls fantasy.

Possibly the sexiest I've ever smelled from the designer is this refreshing and quite sensual woody fragrance that is very unique smelling probably due to the eucalyptus and incense notes.

It smells a bit like gasoline, I am surprised others on this site have not noticed this with all the talk of the other notes, it smells like sweet gasoline, somewhat similar to Aquo Gio in this regard, again I don't like it as a scent but chicks might I didn't have it on long enough to tell.

Very unique and sensual semi-spicy/woody cologne has some good lasting power and attracts plenty enough positive attention from both men and women. Still must try the original Kouros to see which is the better of the two.

At first I thought it was a bit unusual probably with the eucalyptus and maybe incense notes which aren't all that commonly used in the regular average everyday colognes. But overall nothing unusual at all and this is one hell of a babe-magnet! It's sensually spicy to start and dries down veeerrry nice!!

Body Kouros, Rochas Man, and Joop! all smell pretty much the same way. I just asked a co-worker what cologne he was wearing because it smelled like Body Kouros or Rochas Man to me. He said it was Joop!

Truly sensual stuff that I constantly receive compliments from the ladies whenever it's on me and to me, this is YSL's best. During the drydown, I DO seem to detect vanilla and maybe leather.

Interesting and rather warm, spicy and what seems to be a leathery/vanilla-like aroma. Smells very different than most colognes I've smelled out there which makes it almost a sleeper for the women and some cologne fanatics looking around for the best babe-magnets.

Though this would be more sporty and it isn't. Just as worse as the regular. Just a name in fashion. YOu have to be rich rich person to get away with these smells.

I don't like this one nearly as good as the original Kouros and I'm sure most guys my age would agree. This one is "great" for gents no older than I'd say 40.

My friend said to me "if you want something really sexy for your man , try Body by Kouros" My friend is really perfum freak..so i trusted his word and ordered it from online When it came i was really excited!! First it had and nice eaucalyptys cent to it..but then WHAMMO!!!!! I almoust puked..horrible horrible. now im sure that my friend has no sence of smell what so ewer!!! I wouldnt use this ewen for an bug spray..because bugs have feelings too.

It smells exactly like versace dreamer. I mean exact. Dreamer is awesom, but I like rochas man better.

I just didnt "get" this scent the first time i tried it, but now i gotta admit that its great!

This is an incredible fragrance. As mentioned by a previous reviewer it smells a lot like Rochas Man. I think Body Kouros has a slightly smokier smell and is a bit more elegant than Rochas Man. Doesn't make it worse of course...just different. I recommend Body Kouros for evenings out and cooler weather. Like most YSL fragrances, it lasts a long time.

Annick Menardo has create some excellent fragrances, and this is definetly one of them. Comparing this to original Kouros, the scent itself is very different off course, but what is very interesting and exciting, is that both of these Kouros scents has that same kind of deeper character in them: Whoever wears them, will suddenly fall from civilization to this primal point, where morality will show up in a bright lights of madness. There is must to shine in darkness of the night, letting out some strange noises, and wonder not, why you are in that moving scene of mothers and daughters, fathers and sons, naked and dirty, but still so misty and beautiful.

Nice fragrance. Body Kouros smells a lot like Rochas Man...which is also an excellent cologne. I recommend them both. Body Kouros is nothing like the original Kouros which isn't bad but not at all in the same league. If you want to stand out try Body Kouros. But be careful not to overdo it because too much of this stuff can easily become sickning.

Body Kouros is definitely a bad boy scent to me. Very sensual, confident, slick, with just enough warmth and depth to keep it from being too much so. Sexy, that's about all I can say.

I first experienced this fragrance on a male friend, then purchased it for myself. I love the way it evolves with each individual's body chemistry. While it smelled leathery and masculine on him, it seems softer and almost vanilla-ish on me.

This appears to be the modern answer to Kouros which actually had slightly higher reviews and holds its value as I've seen in other websites a little better than the new stuff. Anyways, this very sensual juice brings the women closer to me when it's on me and that's as good as it gets.

Absolutely sexy sweetness.At first eucalyptus smell is sharp,but gradually it becomes milder.I highly recomend this.

Warm, soft and appealing. If you wear it well it will allways be right. This fragrance has no sharp edges or anything else that might irritate, If it suits you it's great, if not just move on it's not your fault.

Definately different. This doesn't seem like a young-man's fragrance, seems like something you'd smell your dad wearing ... 45 and over. This one is not for everybody .... I don't think you'll find another scent out there that resembles this it at all, it's pretty far from the mainstream of men's fragrances. Not everyone can wear this ... definately suggest a sample before buying a whole bottle.

This one deserves a classification of its own. It's got a terrific smoky, sweet aroma, but very different from Yves' OPIUM. It's not sharp. It is strong, but in a more subdued way. I was lucky enough to buy a gift set with the cologne, body wash and and gel.

Upon adding this to my huge collection, I realized what a gem I have here. A beautiful scent that has become my signature. The best part is...I never smell it on anyone. Women are all over me when I wear this, at least more so than when I wear other things. I see their lips starting to swell up, they start to play with their hair, and touching me flirtatously hoping for a sign that I'll take control of them. i have this one, used almost the whole bottle. goes well with smoke if you are a smoker - its got a nice leathery sweet style to it. 7/10.

It is a unique scent but one that is unusual; too unusual. I've had strange comments about it...although some like it. I personally think it gives me a lot of energy.

I didn't much like the original Kouros, the Body Kouros is perfection though. I used to wear Le Male (2 years ago) but now every kreotine guzzling club monkey wants to get their hands on it. (overstatement) I needed something new and spicy, but sweet and gentle, this is where its at. Aside from this board I keep it a secret. When people smell it on me they always ask, "Is that the new (even though its been out for nearly 3 years) Jean Paul Galtier?". I always get a tickle to tell them, "No, and I won't tell you what it is.". By far one of the best unique scents availible. [[email protected]]

I was late to discover this scent and it's GREAT! If you like a scent that's fresh, a bit powdery, sensual but subtle...then you'll love this. They also sell a great non alcohlic spray deodorant, and shower gel etc. Enjoy.

I remember the original kouros having a full line of products, such as the body bar soap and the aftershave balm. Have they stopped carrying that stuff???. Does anyone know how this kouros body stacks up to the original kouros?. Please let me know......... [email protected]
