I walked into work and both co-workers asked right away what the awesome smelling perfume I was wearing. Intoxicating light smell. It is my favorite of all times.
After having worn this a few more times, I realized I'm not crazy about Absolute. Much too powdery on the drydown. The original is much better, more clear and clean. The men's Blv is my favorite.
Just purchased based upon good reviews. At first spray was thinking maybe I made a mistake because the initial smell is completelly different, but after a few min. it settled and has to be the best smelling perfume I've had in quite a while. It's warm and sexy, and just a little bit sweet.
This a richer version of the original (think "Extreme"), longer lasting and more potent. Other than that, it's identical to the original. Notte smells a bit different with the Iris, Chocolate, and Vodka added. I like them all.
i bought this based on the reviews, and i do not smell ginger and mint. i DO smell what seems to be something almost exactly like how i remember a perfume 20 years ago called Ombre' Rose though .....
Blv absolute is a bit less flowery then the original blv. Fresher version too. personnally i prefer absolute. It has better staying power.
I was looking forward to this fragrance, but then... it actually happened. What can I say, all I can really smell in it is soap. Dry, musky soap. I don't think I'll wear it again.
This is a wonderful fragrance. I love the ginger in it and it lasts. I'd say it is like Sensi without the sickening sweet notes. I love this one.

What began as a fresh and sophisticated scent dried down to an average, musky aura of the sort I never voluntarily wear.
I tried both BLV and BLV Absolute...I like the Absolute more...it's more concentrated and has more ginger..more of the Icy/Hot effect...smell almost identical though...this is just more intense. Hope you enjoy.
Haven't tried this one yet, but have BLV. This is supposed to be just a more intense/concentrated version of BLV. This has more ginger in it, so the Absolute is considered to be more icy cool than original BLV. If anyone has personally tried them both, which one is the better smelling fragrance of the two?
My husband bought this for me and I love it! It smells just like BLV, but more like and PDT strength. It lasts and lasts but it is not too strong. I would have to say one of my top 3!!! It's so beautiful.

Fell in Love with BLV...found BLV Absolute. This stuff is INCREDIBLE. I keep smelling my wrist over and over! It's just a more concentrated version...almost like a PDT version.
