Partner wears it. Didn't think she could find it because it was discontinued here in the States. Garden Pharmacy in the UK has it. It's online. Go get it, grrls!

This smells cheap, cheap, cheap! It's drug store quality and it smells like one of those melon and citrus fragrances that Revlon use to produce in the late 80's!

This is just the reaction I get when wearing this fragrance especially from the men they just have to know what I am wearing also the lotion has a light shimmer which gives you a beautiful glow.I stock up often.

THE BEST EVER. I'M ALLERGIC TO MOST FRAGRANCES BUT I CAN SOAK IN THIS ONE AND IT NEVER BOTHERS ME. I'VE GOTTEN NOTHING BUT RAVE REVIEWS ON MY SCENT. HARD TO FIND THOUGH. GOOD THING I STOCK-PILED IT YEARS AGO!

Good thing they changed the sent. I once received a bottle of the original and everytime I wore it people complained of smelling cat urine. I threw it away after about occasions.

I bought the fragrance after reading some comments on this site. I think it is good. I don't care for the 1st note though..later it smells nice. Gentle and subtle yet it is there! It may ba a good to have but can not be a signature scent.

I too have been stopped by men and women alike asking me what fragrance I am wearing ! I am heartbroken that they have discontinued this fragrance and that you can only get it on the net ! I have heard that Head Over Heels is now a fragrance called Helen of Troy..is this true...where can I get it..Why has Ultima II stopped making this scent ? It was fabulous..I am heartbroken....

I have been wearing Head Over Heels for the past 9 years. I have had countless people, both men and women, stop me and ask me what fragrance I was wearing because it smelled so wonderful. I have had many men tell me that they always know that I am about because they recognize the scent of my cologne and they find it very pleasing. I have gotten so many compliments from friends and strangers alike, over the years on this fragrance, that I am baffled by its scarcity and obscure reputation. Here in lies the problem. I can no longer find it any where. I have been fortunate enough to find it at a few online stores and have purchased it that way. What has happened? Why can I no longer find it? Please don't tell me that it is being discontinued.

Where can I find this wonderful scent? I have worn it for 20 years and still get compliments. It is much nicer than Head over Heels which was supposed to replace my old standard- Sheer Scent!

I have been stopped by men at the library, grocery, store, post office and even in the office where I worked. The owner said to me "I can smell you before I see you, please let me know where to by that perfume. It has the most haunting smell." I wore this fragrance daily for years, after my husband bought it for me for christmas. Now it has disappeared from the market. Where in my area can I purchase it.
