| A truly exquisite fragrance. I have worn this fragrance for several years and its soft floral bouquet is enchanting and awakens the senses. This fragrance has a positive effect on people. | A great fragrance. Perfect. The best "Eau de..." you find in a perfumery, I think. Unfortunately it isn't very popular. People obvious cannot appreciate really good quality. |

| wore this one in the mid-80s and the great reviews made me want to wear it again! Found it it on the net and was very glad I did. The drydown is very different from the smell when you first put it on. not too strong but very classy . Great!! |

| I don't know if gucci made a fragrance before eau de gucci, but I do know the packaging has changed, which may be causing you some confusion. The older eau de gucci bottle was square and very 80's looking with the gucci designer stamp printed on the bottle, and the fragrance itself was pale amber, almost crystal clear. The new bottle is prettier I think, and still has the same lovely fragrance. If you appreciate the Gucci fragrances, Gucci III is also fabulous, and a dead ringer for Sisley's eau de soir, which is outrageously high priced. |
