Rajul, I also used this over 20 years ago & loved it. I have spent those 20 years trying to buy this perfume in Australia without success. Last year I manage to buy it from an internet site & believe it or not, I love it just as much now as I did when I was 5!!!!!! I also tried the new Variations which was nice, but just not the same.

Hi Rajul, my review was for the new Variations by Carven from 2000!!!! Pink-metallic box and transparent pink bottle!!! You meant the first "Variations"-fragrance from 1971. Here a description for the new version: Variations (2000) (Women) : Carven (Cosmetic Laboratories) France. Olfactive family: Fruity Floral. Olfactive description: Fruity Floral(Rose) Vanillic Musky. Perfumer: Doghri Emna. - Only the name "Variations" is the same, not the fragrance itself.

Hi ladies, that's what I found via the Internet: 2000 Carven(Cosmetic Laboratories) France. Olfactive family:Fruity Floral. Olfactive description: Fruity Floral(Rose) Vanillic Musky. I bought this rare fragrance today. WONDERFUL, delicate, soft and fruity. Smells innocent (raspberry!) and subtle. A youthful and very pleasant fragrance. Nice for summer. Uncomplicated & delicious!!! Good staying power. It's very worth a try!!!
