FRAGRANCE TIPS
Blends of floral and citrus-based fragrances are recommended for casual and daywear. Spicy, woody or warm amber-based fragrances are traditionally favorites for evening and special occasions.

HEY BARBARA W* JUDI W* 11/03/07 09:13 PM NOT RATED
PARFUM SACRE PERFUME REVIEW BY JUDI W*
All I know is how it smells to me. "Debs", doesn't think it's powdery, I do, so does my son, so it's all subjective. I usually like an incense scent, but this to me is just harsh & unattractive. Maybe you would like it, try it, but I don't!!! I've put it on just before I go to sleep, and three different times, yuk! I don't like rose spicy powdery scent, and I'm sorry, but that's what I smell here...

EARTHY NOT POWDERY TO ME! DEBS 10/04/07 12:33 AM 5 out of 5 stars
PARFUM SACRE PERFUME REVIEW BY DEBS
Very oriental and woody, without sweetness so it is never nauseating. To me, it is a cross between 'Ciara' and 'Fendi'. I find it to be wonderful with its hint of myrrh. 'Nuit de Noel' is powdery, and this is a far cry from it. For spicy, woody lovers with its touch of incense this is exceptional!

I was going to try this until I read your posts - thank you! I really dislike powdery scents, too, so now I know this is not for me...

TO JANE: ABOUT SHARRIE ANGIE 06/09/07 01:25 PM NOT RATED
PARFUM SACRE PERFUME REVIEW BY ANGIE
Your right as far as everyone has the right to express themselves freely. Yes, she's not hurting anybody, BUT... maybe it helps you to try to figure out what her "poetry" is trying to say in describing a scent, but it really doesn't. Personally, I don't care one way or another, but it is annoying sometimes. Peace...(coming from someone who was a poet & songwriter)

TO: "OVER IT" ABOUT SHARRIE JANE 05/17/07 01:17 PM NOT RATED
PARFUM SACRE PERFUME REVIEW BY JANE
You are totally rude. I don't see why Sharrie's posts bother you so much. Personally, I think writing in a poetic way about a fragrance can help me imagine what the scent is like. So I can know before I purchase it. That is really what these message boards are for. People usually write things like "the fragrance is bad. Smells like an old lady" what kind of description is that to help me decide if i should buy it? Sharrie is being more helpful than the average person. People who love fragrances are moved by them. They might even decide to write poetry about them. So what? why do you care so damn much?
