| I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR "SHOCKING!," de Schiaparelli, FOR FIFTY YEARS--ever since my AUnt Lee bought me a HUGE bottle of the "SPLASH" COLOGNE--that was (ALMOST) BIGGER THAN I was(!!!!).It is (ANOTHER ONE OF) THOSE "NOSTALGIC" Fragrances, that BRING BACK MEMORIES OF (HAPPIER) DAYS, GONE BY.(EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT SMELLED IT FOR YEARS--THE FRAGRANCE "STAYED IN MY NOSE"--ALL THESE YEARS(THE MARK, I THINK, OF A TRUE "CLASSIC" FRAGRANCE.(TRES Francais,SOPHISTICATED, "ELEGAHNTE"--AND TOTALLY DECADENT--(ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR THE FAINT-OF-HEART--and ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR THE "BABY-GIRLS". ONLY "REAL WOMEN" can wear this. |

| Hello, I found some information for you: *Shocking You* by Schiaparelli, introduced 1976 - meanwhile discontinued!!! Concept: Floral-Green!! Aldehyde, Bergamot oil, Galbanum, Hyacinth, Neroli, Carnation, Jasmin, Lily of the Valley, Orris, Raspberry, Rose, Ylang-Ylang, Cedar, Leather, Musk, Oakmoss, Sandalwood. Have a nice day :-). | Does anyone know if Shocking by Schiaparelli is the same fragrance I found in Paris in the mid to late 70s called Shocking You by Schiaparelli? It was a fabulous fragrance. Very sexy and notable. Would love to know if this is the reall stuff. Thanks for any help. |

| Have to lower my earlier rating one step. Smells good from the bottle, roses and vanilla, but on me - ugh. |
