| Hi Liz, maybe this can help you. But DALI is not to describe. The fragrance is so wonderful, sexy, oriental and special. You must try it. No fragrance comes close. No similarity to another oriental, because DALI is absolutely unique. A masterpiece.
Year Introduced: 1983.
Olfactive family: Floral Oriental Woody.
Olfactive description: Aldehydic Floral Oriental Ambery Woody. Maybe *FENDI classic* smells similar, to give you an idea. But DALI is more lovely, warm and inviting. I adore both fragrances, but DALI is my darling. Both fragrances are not for beginners. They are made for adult and smart ladies. Greetings from Germany, Sylvie.

| This scent is one of my all time favourites. I absolutely love it, but have to buy it from the States as it is no longer available in Canada. I go out of my way for it, it's that beautiful. |

| I am very lucky to own one of the limited edition 10oz "Le Parfum Salvador Dali" crystal bottles. The bottle is HUGE (ten ounces of pure parfum) heavy and very beautiful. Mine is #979/5000 and is still in mint condition, in its original double boxes, and full of the original juice, which thanks to proper storage is still perfect. I even have the hardback "Le Parfum Salvador Dali" book that came along with it. Ive heard that these bottles retailed for around $1,500 in 1983, I wonder how much it is worth today? I cant find much info on this bottle, If anyone has any info or an idea of its value or how I can find out please let me know. Thanks! ruffdawg73@yahoo.com |
