| When I was a young woman, I was given a small bottle of Jicky perfume - the scent was so pure, and so rich like nothing I had ever smelled before (or since). The spray that most are referring to here is not the same as the pure perfume that is just touched on pulse points - something happens to the fragrence when it's put into a spray, it gets harsh - not just Jicky, but all of them. If you ever have a chance to get the perfume (very expensive and hard to find in USA) do give it a try, you won't believe the difference. |

| i just heard about jicky that my grandfather use to wear it. he was a man of God who travelled around the world, he died 1975 but wore this all his life and people say its was so beautifull on him, so its an obligation i find this perfum with my family. i heard as well that jicky was good but better because of him. his name was shiekh al islam alhaji ibrahim niass kaolack senegal. i m not surprised its so good. |

| Jicky is a superb fragrance from one of the great, first fragrance houses. I first wore this delightful fragrance when I was 13 years old. My Grandmere thought I was old enough to advance to a "woman's fragrance" that was in 1951. An elegant scent goes on for a long long time. These silly fragrances named after whatever bimbette of the day are a flash in the pan. Jicky, L'heure bleue, Mitsouko, and the Aquas are devine. The only other fragrance company I like as well as Guerlain are Lancome and Hermes. |

| I was intrigued with smelling this fragrance, after hearing alot of positive reviews. I smelled it two different times, and both times, just couldn't get past the initial smell. Lavender, is not one of my favorite scents, even though, it is theraputic. (calming) Maya, give it a rest already, about how irresistible you are. LOL. |
