| I just got my Jil, after having tested it a few times to be sure. It starts off very fresh, like fresh cut grass, and calms down to a kind of raspberry/caramel/jasmine kind of scent. The dry down is awesome, and smells of sandalwood, caramel and tonka. If you find angel and wish a bit much but love the mellow sweetness, this will be perfect for you. The top notes are lavender, clary sage, raspberry. The heart notes are jasmin, iris and rosewood with caramel. The base notes are amber, tonka, vanilla and precious woods. Light and elegant with a dry down like a second skin. I think it would be suitable for all occassions and seasons, with the exception of very hot, humid weather. I love it! |

| Like Versace Dreamer with sin in it. If you like Angel for evening, you'll love this for day. If you like Pleasures for day, I you'll probably like this for on-the-prowl wear. I can only imagine the obscurity of this scent is due to the great wave of likeminded scents that appeared around the same time. a goodie that you can keep all to yourself! |
