| Hello ladies. I love Animale for men and think it is one of the best under-rated fragrances for men. I knew that the success of the womens version led to a male version being created. To make this story shorter, I smelled this wonderful scent of a co-worker in our break room. After inquiring, I was pleasantly surprised when she told me she was wearing Animale perfume. Ive got to give props to Animale Parfums. They have made a great female and male fragrance. Anyway, several weeks later, I smell a scent that I must know its name. I ask the lady and she says, "Animale, remember I told you a few weeks ago?" Instantly, I remembered. It kinda humored me, having asked this lady the same question twice. A least I know it wasnt a fluke. The same fragrance had attracted me again. I wont forget that lady again or Animale for that matter. This frgrance seems to linger with a strong presence. I will definitely have to purchase this for a special lady in my life. Then I can spray a bit on myself now and again. |

| I've worn Animale on and off over the years -- primarily in the summer as it is a fragrance that blooms on warm, sunkist, moist skin. It's very strong and sexy and is not for the shy and retiring woman. If you want attention, you'll want to try this. People can detect the fragrance before you enter a room.
But I don't like it during the cool weather. As others have remarked, it tends toward a musty, dry scent.
I truly believe that the sun and heat are a catalyst for the fragrance, so I would suggest it as a warm-weather choice. |

| Tried this on a whim because of the description, plus I love Animale Animale so I figured this one would be a winner. Not so. I love the top notes, but after a few minutes this turns really yucky on me. The woody, mossy notes are so predominant that the initial impression is a distant memory. Reminds me of a man's fragrance. Off to Goodwill it goes! |

| i've worn it for years. The kids think it's the only fragrance that smells like "mom" but my husband doesn't think it smells maternal at all-he thinks it smells sexy--I've had men follow me to find out what it is so they can buy it for their so's . |
