| I've searched high and low the French perfumes and this one is on the top of my list. It doesn't over power you once on. Light, delicate, elegant, sweet scents. I've recieved only good comments when I wear it to the office, in the elevator or on dates. |

| That just plain hurt my head and my sinuses. I felt like someone drove a spike up my nose... Sorry ladies but I could not appreciate this one ever! It was JUST horrible. |

| If you are still reading, I would like to respond. Amarige D'Amour doesn't smell at all like vanilla. There isn't any vanilla in it, either, if the description is accurate. It is just as sweet as the sweetest vanilla-based scent, though. Sweet in a floral way. I appreciate this scent, but find it too sweet for my tastes. It reminds me, in a way, of Champs Elysees, but much sweeter. This one you must try before you buy. |

| Thank god that I had an opportunity to smell this before buying. The notes sound so beautiful but in actuality to me it smells like fruit that's been soaking in nail polish remover. Nothing soft and delicate about this one. |
