| I got it from my mom because Irequested it for Christmas. I thought she was goingto get the newer version since it's widely available. She's got me that older, classy one though and I am sooo happy with it! Not only that the big 100 ml bottle is a piece of art with it's beautiful box, but also it smells great. The original is even better, I love kenzo but never had an opportunity to smell d'ete in it's original version yet. Boy. was I suprised! It smells like rain in spring , jasmine, REAL leaf, it's awesome. I was never a fan of "green" characterless scents. But this one is an exception. Doesn't smell like a bathroom refreshner. It's a big time classic fragrance. Yes, i'm a perfume maniac and up until now I thought only scents like Chanel and Opium and Arpege were classy. Now I see even a simple call for nature can be so elegant and great too! |

| I requested it for Christmas, I've smelled the old formula but never got to the original one. I was soooo suprised in a good way! My mom got the one from '94 for me and I love it! The bottle is a piece of art and the most beautiful one 've ever seen. I have seen a lot of bottles since I am a perfume freak. |

| I'm wearing it today and i just love the scent. It's a vey soft, delicious not overwhelming sweet scent. very sophisticated and sexy but in a humble way if you know what i mean. |

| I met this perfume in Madrid 8 years ago, really captured me!!! don´t agree about the new formula, it´s different , has nothing to do with the lovely old one. just hope the old one also stays FOREVERr!!! |
