SIMPLE 10-STEP PRO-STYLE PEDICURE!
1. Rid toenails of polish remnants with a gentle remover that will strip polish without stripping moisture from nails. Handle stubborn polish, such as glitter formulas, by holding a remover-soaked cotton puff to the nail for a full minute, then sweeping it down the length of the nail.
2. Diminish yellow stains on nails (a result of dark-polish-pigments seeping through nail,) with a paste of baking soda and peroxide. Apply mixture to the surface of each nail and scrub with a nailbrush until stains disappear.
3. Clip nails straight across (to prevent ingrowns) and gently file the edges smooth.
4. Soak feet in a basin filled with warm water and a few drops of skin-softening treatment to loosen dry skin patches.
5. Apply a drop of easy-to-use cuticle-remover around each nail to help dissolve unruly, ragged cuticles.
6. Buff feet and nails with a palm-sized dollop of grainy exfoliator--the coarser, the better to remove rough, dead skin and excess cuticles.
7. Condition skin with a treatment mask, then wrap in a warm, wet towel. Remove and rinse after five minutes.
8. Smooth and soften feet and legs with a serious moisturizer: Combine two parts body lotion with one part body oil for the ultimate silkening effect.
9. Prep nails with a layer of base coat which will act as a barrier between polish and nails to prevent drying and staining.
10. Polish with two coats of lacquer, and finish with a super-shiny UV protection topcoat, which will keep color true.
