| I tryed this one on the other day, and I was pleasantly surprised. When I think of rose scents, I think of Tea Rose, and ysl Paris comes to mind. While I like those ones I find them hard to wear. Givenchy has done a great job of centering the rose, and giving it a great background of greens, and spices. Most rose scents get paired with pepper, which is horrid smelling, or it gets paired with vanilla, making it smell too old fashioned. Well balanced, and updated is how I would describe this one, and the staying power is perfect as well. |
