FRAGRANCE TIPS
Blends of floral and citrus-based fragrances are recommended for casual and daywear. Spicy, woody or warm amber-based fragrances are traditionally favorites for evening and special occasions.

Being a scent especially designed for wedding, Vera Wang smells light, clean, pretty, soapy but nothing special or extraordinary in my opinion. It is rather a usual and common smell in the soapy scent category and I am sure there are plenty of better out there than this. It also conjures up no feeling of joy about going to get married in my mind. I don't find the smell particularly associates with marriage either as I feel the scent rather cool and a bit detached in some ways. Some may associate this cool feeling with the words of holy or pure marriage vow but I think I would not like to feel cool or detached about my own wedding. Some says Vera Wang is made in Tiffany kinds princess formula but I think it is actually much less attractive and sophisticated than any perfume in Tiffany series as most scents from Tiffany smell characteristic and luxury, which is something I cannot find in Vera Wang. If I am gonna choose my wedding scent, Jean Patou Joy, Tiffany Pure, Annick Goutal Des Lys will definitely be my first choices, never Vera Wang.
