| My husband has always used Tsar and he smells SO good! He always gets compliments. I always spray it on a pillow case for me if he's going out of town. But, we did notice that when Tsar began to appear in the light green clear bottle that the strength of the cologne is very much weaker. It doesn't last nearly as long. What's up with that?? But we love it. |
