| I just bought my husband a bottle of Tsar in the new transparent bottle. It it definitely different and I am really disappointed. He has worn this cologne for the last 13 years, and I was expecting to get the same great fragrance. It is OK, but not the same scent that reminds me so much of him. I'm very sad!!! |
