| Blends of floral and citrus-based fragrances are recommended for casual and daywear. Spicy, woody or warm amber-based fragrances are traditionally favorites for evening and special occasions. |

| This one isn't cloying or sweet on my skin and works very well with my chemistry. At least it's a warm and actually slightly spicy smell I detect on my skin. Not at all bad in the winter time, I think.
I wish people would just say they don't like a fragrance and what it is about that fragrance they don't like or that doesn't work with their chemistry rather than degress to a childdish level of insults where they put down a fragrance as "old lady" or "granny". A fragrance may not be very trendy or contemporary in composition but that doesn't make it outdated. I'll be 31 on Saturday and I'm a fragrance novice. I'm finding that I like scents I can read in reviews are most popular with teens/20s, other fragrances have a loyal fan base in varying ages and some of the fragrances I like wouldn't be known to most women under 70. There are some I feel too mature for but I still think it's a well composed fragrance that may appeal to someone with a more youthful outlook on life and there are fragrances I like but which I don't feel I'm mature or confident enough to wear yet but I certainly don't write a fragrance like that off as "outdated" or "granny".
