| Blends of floral and citrus-based fragrances are recommended for casual and daywear. Spicy, woody or warm amber-based fragrances are traditionally favorites for evening and special occasions. |

| To me, Quelques Violettes smells like Quelques Fleurs with a shimmer of violets tucked into the bouquet. Actually, it's more like a garland than a bouquet. This is very pretty and easy to wear. I get none of the soapiness the previous reviewer mentioned, nor does it remind me a bit of Violette Precieuse by Caron. Caron's VP is a dark violet with a lot of green before it sweetens. Quelques Violettes is much lighter and shimmery. I prefer the original Quelques Fleurs, but QV is a nice alternative, all the same. |
