| Blends of floral and citrus-based fragrances are recommended for casual and daywear. Spicy, woody or warm amber-based fragrances are traditionally favorites for evening and special occasions. |

| I appreciate your comments. Well stated and calmly stated. I like that. You aksed (that's the way people say it where I live!!) what sorts of fragrances we naysayers of Oxygene like. Well, like you, I enjoy perfume very much, and here's my list in no particular order to give you an idea of the things a naysayer likes. I had posted some comments on Oxygene below, and like I said there, I really like Lanvin's other two women's fragrances---Arpege and Eclat d'Arpege. I count those as two of my favorites. The other scents I use regularly are Joy, Aimez Moi, Nuit de Noel, Ferre 20, Paris, Sun Moon Stars, Beautiful, and Evelyn by Crabtree and Evelyn. I have 1/4 oz sample of Narcisse Noir by Caron and find myself liking that more and more. So, there's my list. I often am drawn to some of the real classics, as you can see. I also like a few of the newer ones as well. I frankly am glad that a lot of women like Oxygene, even though I'm not crazy about it for myself. If it means "long live Lanvin," then I think that's great. |
