FRAGRANCE TIPS
Blends of floral and citrus-based fragrances are recommended for casual and daywear. Spicy, woody or warm amber-based fragrances are traditionally favorites for evening and special occasions.

Nu can swing both ways, for sure, but that's not a bad thing. Not all women want to smell like a flower bed or a candy shop, and most of the men I've talked to agree that they're just not sexy. As with other innovative, not stereotypically feminine scents, I think it takes some time to appreciate this one. I agree with Judi that I just LOVE that it's NOT another syrupy sweet confection, and that alone garners appreciation from me. It has lots of sandalwood, which I like, but I kept thinking there would be more spices involved, so I didn't love it immediately, but it has grown on me. I think this is what Opium might smell like if you removed most of the spice notes. You need some confidence and maturity to pull this off, though - I don't think the under 30 crowd should attempt this one (I'm 39). Just remove your preconceived notions and try this with an open mind. It's sexy and different. I'm going to wait to rate it until I've lived with it a bit longer. Ciao!
