| I know a lot of people wear this. I usually avoid popular department store/designer brands, opting for lesser known, independent boutique fragrances or specialty products from overseas.
BUT
Issey Miyake is too superb to pass up. It is an extremely complex fragrance; every time I spray it, I smell the "heavier," woodsier, musky elements first. But a second later, I start to understand all over again why it's classified as a summery, light scent.
Can a fragrance be woodsy and musky while also light enough to please citrus and fruit types like me? L'Eau D'Issey is. Even if you thought you only like sweet smells, EI will surprise you I think.
It is a very sophisticated scent for a younger or youthful (any age) woman. It smells best on your collarbone and nape of your neck after you have freshly washed your hair in the morning. |
