| Blends of floral and citrus-based fragrances are recommended for casual and daywear. Spicy, woody or warm amber-based fragrances are traditionally favorites for evening and special occasions. |

| My usual preference for perfumes is for fairly light 'goody-goody' florals a bit on the tame side. But there is something compelling about this fragrance and I had to buy some. It is soft but insistent at the same time and definitely not for casual or daytime use. It requires elegant dressing in deep rich colours and I would avoid warm weather. Black velvet would be perfect. When you try it, give it time, it has great depth and grows on you and is very sexy. The use of blackcurrant and blackcurrant buds is unusual and gives it a distinctiveness. The body lotion is very good and would be OK for daytime with smart dressing. First really is a beautiful and elegant fragrance. |
