| Blends of floral and citrus-based fragrances are recommended for casual and daywear. Spicy, woody or warm amber-based fragrances are traditionally favorites for evening and special occasions. |

| I agree that First is one of the more elegant and classy scents. I too have tried Chanel #5 and like it, more in the winter than summer. I do have a couple of suggestions for you to try. Arpege by Lanvin is wonderful (however, does have jasmine) or Caleche by Hermes (also has some jasmine). I was wondering if you have ever tried Quelques Fleurs by Houbigant? It is a floral, but a little more aromatic and powdery. I received some for Mother's Day and loved it. Hope this helps you. By the way, if you'd like, email me at BJ0402@aol.com and let me know if any of these worked for you. |
