| Blends of floral and citrus-based fragrances are recommended for casual and daywear. Spicy, woody or warm amber-based fragrances are traditionally favorites for evening and special occasions. |

| I bought a 3 piece Deep Night set at Nordstrom's: the EDT, lotion, and bath gel. The saleswoman also threw in a free mini. :)
I like this fragrance a lot, although it isn't what I expected. Based on the name, I thought it would be spicy and on the "heavy" and sophisticated side, but it's not. It actually has a fresh and slightly sweet aroma. It reminds me of a lighter version of Herve Leger and Burberry London, but it's not as sweet as either of those scents. Something about Deep Night also reminds me of Lolita Lempicka in its mood, but without the anise ( licorice) note. Deep Night is for anyone who likes the sweeter, non-sharp fragrances. If you like any of the above scents I mentioned, you would probably like Deep Night, too.
I have two complaints, however.
1. The bottle is beautiful, but *not* user friendly. Its spray is difficult to use because of the shape of the bottle, which makes it difficult to hold and spray at the same time.
2. I prefer an eau de parfum to an eau de toilette, and I wish Deep Night was an EDP, and not an EDT, because of the staying power.
Other than that, it's a great frgrance! |
