| I thought Declaration was very similar to Bulgari Eau Perfumee Extreme. A sweet, very classy scent, never overpowering. I liked Bulgari Eau Perfumee Extreme very much, but thought it was too much on the feminine side. For this reason I liked Declaration better, since it seemed more masculine. This scent is very, very classy and it leaves a delicious aura around who is using it. It is as expensive as Eau Perfumee Extreme, but it must be because of the high quality ingredients. It is delicious! |
