| I remember that day so well back in 1994...sitting at home by the fire, reading Vogue, came upon the ad for Casmir...intrigued by the photo of the beautiful bottle...sniffed the sample, and WOW. I just had to have it. And of course, when I got the real thing, I felt I had died and gone to perfume heaven. Thus began my love affair with orientals. I consider this my first "real" perfume as a grownup (I was 28 then). I was coming into my own as a woman and was looking for a perfume that reflected that - and voila! I've since found other perfumes that I adore, but you never forget your first love... |
