| Having never really heard of this fragrance or Lanvin as a company, I was completely in the dark with this one. However, Barbara W recommended it to me and I couldn't be happier! One morning I wore this to work, and received 3 compliments from 3 different women in a matter of a few hours. I often get compliments on how I smell, but never before have I received so many in one day. What this is not is a powerhouse like Opium or Angel, or a synthetic in-your-face like Le Male. What this is, is a sweet, warm, yet very smooth, calm yet sexy scent that definitely pleases. I would put this in the same category as Prada, Viktor & Rolf Antidote, and Burberry Brit/Touch. I love Prada and consider Prada and Arpege equally as great, however this is definitely better than the others I've mentioned. Plus, it's not very well known here in the US, so you'll have a fragrance that's not worn by every other guy you pass. The shower gel is top notch too! Highly recommended. |
