| Blends of floral and citrus-based fragrances are recommended for casual and daywear. Spicy, woody or warm amber-based fragrances are traditionally favorites for evening and special occasions. |

| This is a perfume that needs to be applied sparingly and allowed some time to dry down to be appreciated. American women tend to put far too much perfume on; when I was in France, I noticed the women would only put a DAB at the base of their neck or in the cleavage, as opposed to spraying it all over as we tend to do here. My French friend said that learning to wear perfume is an art, too - a lesson we Americans need to learn! I love Allure Sensuelle, but I only apply a very small amount and give it about half an hour to "mellow" before leaving the house. It's lovely, seductive, and - yes - soft when applied this way. |
