| Blends of floral and citrus-based fragrances are recommended for casual and daywear. Spicy, woody or warm amber-based fragrances are traditionally favorites for evening and special occasions. |

| Roma is from Laura Bagiotti, correct?
I'll look it up.About Adrienne V,the
old chemistry cliche still rings true.
I'm wearing it today, so here are my
husband's comments: He says it's
a blend that is full of contradictions,
because it's full bodied and fresh at
the same time. The top notes are
fruity-floral oriented,(which USUALLY doesn't work so well on me),the heart is more of a spicy-
floral,and the base,oooh baby,is a
very musky herbal wood blend.when
I put it on,the drydown takes at least an hour to really settle down,
but once it does,it becomes soft,
pervasive and ethereal with still the
fullness and freshness of the earlier
notes.I wore it the other day at the
dress rehearsal of a ballet that I'm
choreographing,both the stage
manager and orchestra conductor
kept on sniffing me and accusing me of trying to turn them on!
(which,of course,is a hell of a joke
because we're all friends and they're
both gay)Oh,and just to tease you
a bit...HAVE YOU SEEN THE AD FOR
ADRIENNE V'S FRAGRANCE???
Dharling,it is class personified !!!!! |
