| Blends of floral and citrus-based fragrances are recommended for casual and daywear. Spicy, woody or warm amber-based fragrances are traditionally favorites for evening and special occasions. |

| A dear friend in Germany sent this to me a few weeks back. I had heard of it, but didn't know the scent notes to it...so was able to have an open mind. I don't usually like citrus scents (like Clinique Happy- an olfactory horror) but this is a straight citrus scent- without being clouded by any other notes. People shouldn't debase it because it's a "cologne" or "toilet water"- if it's been in production since the 1700's then the company must be doing something right! May it never change! |
