I love love love it! why is so hard to fine.

I bought this perfume for my wife in Vicenza, Italy and I must say that I found it to be perfect and quite masculine when I wore it and was complimented by all types of people that I came in contact with both men and women... It's very complex, sexy & mysterious at the same time. My wife does not use it anymore because I got more compliments than she did. I also find that I can wear it either night or day, absolutely wonderful...

this fragrance is "to die for" sooo heavenly. my constsnt search is for the body veil ( lotion) or the body cream.....where can I find it?

When I wear Feminite Du Bois Perfume, I feel like I am walking in a forest of tall cypress trees, feeling the softness of the cypress gently making way for my feet to caress the forest floor - enveloped in the woody, soft, alluring aroma of this scent - heavenly and oh so Japanese.

As some of you may know, it's not that this (and some other Shiseido products) have been discontinued, but Shiseido changes where they are available for sale. My wife used to love Murisaki, but it's no longer available for sale in the U.S., although you can buy it in Hawaii etc.

i've been using fdb for a good 15 yrs. to my disappointment it's not available in dept. stores anymore. This is my one and only favorite perfume! There is nothing out there quite like the woodsy, cedar overtones this perfume offers. Please bring it back!

If you are used to commercial perfumes this might not be for you. It has woody top notes that might not appeal to every one when you open the bottle. But, if you give it a chance to breathe, it is one of the most delicious, mesmerizing scent you will ever smell. Complex, distinct, balanced. Very well layered so that it takes on a different personality as hours go by. You have to try it to understand. I simply love it. When I need a little boost to make me feel good, I rely on this as a pick me up.

I fell in love with this woodsy scent many years ago, and then lost it. On a whim I typed it into my favorite site, amazon, and found it again...no one I know wears it, and I try very hard not to tell when people ask......I want to keep it to myself!

I was so excited to get this fragrance, and am so disappointed in it. It smells a little like a dark version of Dior Dolce Vita to me, but only when I spray it on something other than me. I just can't wear it - smells awful on my skin. I do envy those of you who are able to wear this lovely (but not on me) scent.

This is the only retail fragrance I wear - mostly I wear fragrances that I make myself. But I have loved this fragrance since introduced to it by a dear friend in Napa Valley. Well worth the price and trouble to find it. I hope it doesn't catch on! I like that it's different.

I notice that the perfume spray is still available but no mention of the real purfume that came in a beautiful dark purple little bottle in a small box to keep the light from getting at the scent. Has that been discontinued? I hope that Shiseido brings back the body cream in this scent too. What a shame it is not available anymore..I have not found anything better and have worn this fragrance for over 10 years. I miss it very much. Please bring the line back.

I thought it was discontinued. This is floral woody soft scent that soooo lovely and last long time. It is very difficult to locate and pricey. But it WORTH THE MONEY AND THE SEARCH EFFORT! Elegant and classy and not for teenagers imo. Just SO CLASSY scent!!!

Classy, not very young or old, sensual, woods and spice, perfectly balanced. LOVE IT!!!

FdB is anything but old lady. It's a fabulous scent with a warm cedar note. I love that no one I know wears it yet everyone finds it so mysterious and lovely. The body lotion is definitely worth tracking down!

Love this smell, it's delicate and misterious. Problem (other than the long name), can't find in regular stores - have to order online or through traveling friends from Duty Frees.

I have used this perfume for about 12 years after discovering it whilst living in Japan- What's with the older woman catergory? It is unique, more subtle sexy than the 'I wear a strong sexy instantly recognisable perfume.' People always ask me what it is, the only problem I have with it is the name - It's a bit long.

this one is elegant, but will suit older women better. smells great but not my fav.
