I think everyone would agree that manufactured perfumes are subjectively appreciated, and yet we're all trying to be objective. If anyone bought a scent based on these comments they'd be mad. Go to a store with your partner or sister or someone you respect, spray some on your skin then wear it for a while. See what you think and hear what they say. It's simple...

Not this designer's best scent. I don't know if I got a bad sample or what the case is, but, by no means am I trying to be cliche when I say that it actually smells a little "vomity" when it dries down. There is a good citrus note though.

It has a bold strong smell at first and it lasts a long time i love it people like it on me it is a steong one but its good

My best friend used to wear this all the time. I think it is one of the most repulsive fragrances for men. IMO, it smells like a very harsh chemical citrus mixed with spices and a splash of ammonia. Magnetism is much better, in my opinion, but to each their own. As for the previous posts from Nikita, please do yourself and everyone else a favor and get something original to say. We really don't need to read 5 different posts all saying the same thing.

are right but i like it, even though it's very similiar to fabuloso (purple bottle) and the polo's.still a very clean fresh scent if not original.

Very nice & warm fruity and awfully woody aroma is the designer's best right next to the original Escada and I rank this one above Magnetism which wasn't nearly as good as I thought it would be.

My bf bought the gift set with EDT and aftershave. Smells so great!!! Citrus and lush.. very manly, young and sophisticated.. Not so pricey but you get all this!

This spicy/fruity and very woody scent could very well be a cult classic for Escada in due time. Long-lasting and quite the sensual babe-magnet.

This cologne to me is pretty original and I have not smelled any other that comes close to it with the acception of one cologne called ONYX by Azzaro. Other than the likeness in both of them, they are equally good. The scent that I would give this one is maybe fruity with a hint of vetiver and some sandalwood thrown in there for good measure. I will say that the scent is very strong. For those who have not figured it out yet, one or two squirts of this will get you through the whole entire day. I have found that if you use a small amount, the drydown will not be as sharp and overbearing and the scent does get you noticed.

I'm not taking back what I said. Not saying that this cologne is bad but it smells like this cleaner that I buy to mop my floor. You have to see for yourself. If you have to have Escada then get Magnetism. It is a night cologne. But even with that I don't feel confident wearing it. Magnetism is one of those colognes that I feel I have to keep asking someone "do I smell like hair or hamster?" It's just one of those colognes that I would like to smell on somebody else besides me.

I had gone back home after a day at the shops, went to the toilet washed my hands, and the Sentiment, which had been sprayed on my wrist earlier in the morning, was still there. Took a shower after jogging and it was still there. Washed up after dinner, slept till next morning and hints of the sweet base notes was still there! The high notes were mediocre, strong but bearable, the drydown was too feminine for me but there is absolutely no doubt this is the longest lasting Escada ever. Women love the smell but I don't think it defines the man wearing it.

I don't know if this to me is Escada's best for men but it's way up there. Luscious fruits and sensual spices along with some pleasant woods add up to a very attractive evening aroma.

I really like this cologne. At first it starts out refreshingly semi-sweet. Then as it dries down it loses the sweetness and you smell a bit of spicy-ness (the pepper i assume). The ONLY (maybe) bad thing i can say about it is that it didn't seem to last very long on me, but every person is different, and we rate colognes and how they smell, not on lasting power i imagine.

I just sampled this today, and I really liked the fresh, fruit note in it. It reminds me of Lacoste in Style, only it's not that fruitty and it's a lot more balanced. A lot better than Magnetism and Escada Pour Homme. Could last longer.

Luscious fruits and sensual woods give this not too commonly worn hit from Escada some real spark. The women really adore this one!

This luscious fruity, semi-spicy and woody fragrance is Escada's best for men right next to Magnetism. As far as evening wear, I definitely recommend this one.

I have always saved money to buy more of Escada Sentiment. It is my favourite.

i doubt that he is. maybe he just hates scentiment. i wrote a lot of bad comments about cristobal and also ihave for ultraviolet man even though for the latter they never get posted. magnetism is hot and i will have to get it. also eventually i will sample this and escada

A nice fruity sweet/spicy fragrance that pleases the nasals of any woman around me when I wear it. The shower gel is also a great item.

Love this fragrance, it has a slightly effeminate note to it but is not at all a problem for a self-assured man. it's very classy and elegant, and unusual because it has a sort of sweet top note which is not normally found in a men's fragrance. my only gripe is that it does not last longer than 5-6 hours on you and once that time has passed it's as if it was never even there, this is probably due to the dearth of essential oils in the fragrance. nevertheless you owe it to yourself to sample this fragrance.

I like Escada's line because they are original. I know a lot of Latinos that like this smell and rave about it. But there is nothing sexy about it to me. It reminds me of Lavender floor cleaner. Nuff said.

Smells like lavender Fabuloso floor cleaner. Nothing offensive but what man ants to smell like this.

One of those colognes that somebody will be like "hey what's that" of either "that man over there smells like a gerbil." This is for confident men.

Doesn't smell bad but smells like Fabuloso lavender floor cleaner and this is NOT sexy. Don' t waste money.

Better than Magnetism and not as good as Escada pour Homme. Let's see: Lime, vetiver and moss? Sound familiar? A dash of pimento is supposed to set it apart from the rest?-- Don't think so It's a golf club scent which is not quite the same as Polo Sport--or is it Polo Blue? But you will experience deja vu, there are dozens that smell alike. Then again. even with the grandpa's fave, Bowling Green--far superior to the herd, I'm still a bigot about aromatics; I prefer my tonic in my gin, not on my skin. Not bad but absolutely nothing to write home about. Pass

i like this because few people wear it. it is a nice sophisticated scent. doubles equally as a casual/after-hours winner. it will stay one of my favs as long as i dont smell it on anyone else!

Definitely the best cologne i have ever smelled on a guy...most other colognes you notice but seem just too strong...sentiment on the other hand is mild to the senses but strong enough to catch attention...definitely caught mine...

Escadas Sentiment seems like a mix of Gucci Rush and some Bulgari Pour Homme or Hugo take your pick. Its essentially Ruch with some fruity notes. I read through the posts including Gwyneth's. I dont think you realize how dumb your comments makes you sound. Get over yourself.

A fresh, clean, woody fragrance that can be worn everyday.

I haven't actually tried this particular scent but I do own the bath gel which is fabulous. I do own a bottle of Magnetism and I think it's great stuff. It's a very warm, bold and sweet fragrance and doesn't really smell like anything out there. My girl wears the women's version which to me smells like Rochas Man.

this one is pretty good, but escada came up with a new fragrance Magnetism pur homme, i dunno why it's not posted on emporium yet.. It is amazing! the best fragrance ingredients together, its spicy and captivating. Has anyone else tried this??, please share your opinions on Magnetism

This is the best Escada scent for men. It is a deep satiny luxurious smell that will entrance your loved one....

This will appeal to only a certain category of scent wearers. The scent is a very strong and sharp cinnamon smell that lasts for a very long time and can be smelt a mile away since it is just too strong. However, it does have an intoxicating smell that quickens the pulse and really gets you jumpy: this is for the party animal who does not mind the xtra strong smell and is simply out to woo as many chicks as possible without any self concern that the entire city can smell him! This is very similar to the dunhill desire collection- very strong sweet and long lasting that is sure to make an impression. Most ppl will not want to make such a loud statement but the clubbing crowd might. Overall nice small but is way too powerful!!

Sweet and fantastic when wet after it drys and settles it can get putrid. Smells like pink grapfruit mixed with sugar. Sorry I bought

This stuff is THE BOMB. Not every guy may think its really good, but just about every girl does. Nuff said.. Oh yea for those who think it doesnt last long enough/ theres always the aftershave and deoderant! :P

I really do think that bottle is amazing. Actually, it`s probably one of the best. It is a fine example of bottle art, which is very romantic, sensual, little bit feminine, but also definetly masculine. But you know, that fantastic bottle is just not enough. The scent itself is way too weak for my taste. Lasting power on my skin is quite poor, and the aroma is that very very, thesedays usual, fruity-littlesweet-and a bitspicy style... So I think, if you collect good looking bottles, like I know some do, this is definete choice. Otherwise...no no.

I think that Escada sentiment is not the best perfume that you can find but when you wear it you feel so sexy.That's why I bought it (it gives and a bath form as a present!)

I SAMPLED THIS THE OTHER DAY AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS AWESOME SCENT. I FEEL THAT ESCADA MAY HAVE OUTDONE HIMSELF WITH THIS ONE. A FRONTLINER FOR SURE.

Escadas one of those fragrance makers who nver seems to make a bad fragrance. Sentiment is proof of that. Their colgomes are alwys subtle. never in your face reeky smelly. sentiment rocks and so does the cool bottle.

I love the smell of this...not too strong..just right.

This is agood fragance but its similar to Clinic Happy (I preffer this one), but this is not a bad choice.

This fragrance is a bit of a disappointment to me after looking forward to it. It is decent though and by far not cheap smelling. Spend a bit more $$ and go with Rochas Man.

Very nice, fresh masculine fragrance but to me it smells like Nina Ricci's Premier Jour.

The guy that lives down the hall from me has been asking me out since the day I moved in a few months ago. I've never said yes because he's not really my type. Well last week I ran into him at the apartment's laundrymat ;he came over to me and made some comment on the weather(yes he really is that dull!!) I was about to blow him off when I caught a whiff of this incredible smell he was giving off everytime he moved his head from side to side. It smelled so GOOD it was fresh but spicy at the same time like lemon and wood.Even though my first instinct was to leave I actually sat down with him and waited for my load to finish I wanted so bad to keep smelling him. I finally asked him what he was wearing and later I looked for the women's Sentiment but it's nothing like the man's version too cloying in my opinion. To make a long story short Escada Sentiment:wildly sexy;even on pain in the butt stalkers.

I feel really sexy whenever I wear it, very fresh and masculine.
