this is so hard to get, so my daughter was delighted on xmas day when she opened it only place i could find it was galaxy.

  • MARTHA02/21/2008

I am seventy and have never used a lotion i loved more. My husband loves it too. i always get a lot of compliments and some of the ladies even ask what i am wearing. I just have a very hard time finding it.

  • CHRISTOBELLE08/20/2006

I like this one, but never bought it because it was sooo popular that too many people where wearing it here (Ireland). I think its a very sexy scent though, and find the Givenchy Very Irresistible is somewhat similar. Also the new flowerbomb, although it has a much sweeter opening (think cotton candy or candy floss!), but underneath that is very reminiscent of Armani Night. Is it the white musk that predominates??

  • KELLY07/24/2006

This is a very nice, soft, warm scent that I see myself wearing more this winter. Very pretty. Glad I bought it..............One more thing.....Someone tell this Sharrie AKA Bebe lady one post is quite enough. We get the point that you don't care for it. Now get over it and move on. (Whoever you are.)

This is a very nice smell, I like it very much. The bottle is wonderful on travels, too. But Armani´s latest, City Glam, is lighter, more discrete and more fun and yet thrilling! City Glam has more personality! I give Good for Night, and Exellent for City Glam!

I sampled this one last night and found it VERY similar to the original Emporio. In fact it was the original just layered with some common 'red' fragrance notes. I do like it a lot better however, the original my dad ended up wearing (please don't ask! LOL). Emporio Night is very fresh and powdery and well "RED", this I like a lot. But between Addict which I also sampled last night and this one, I decided to go with Addict (this time). By the way great story JT, I really enjoyed it :) My fiancé really liked this one as well. The guys version is excellent too!

I read some remarks, and I don't think that it's unisex scent. It's one of the most feminine perfumes I've ever smelled.

  • LOULOU07/25/2005

I think it's a nice, complex scent for all time, all season. Sexy, musky, sweet. At first it's like a cotton candy, but later becomes a very deep and sexy, feminine scent. My husband likes it, too ;-)

I was just reading the comments and realised that I like/own almost all of the perfume you mentioned (as your favourite). I am a difficult girl when it comes to perfume as I get headache from most of them. I was so surprised to read that you virtually have the same taste in fragrance as me! Yay!! :)

  • SHARRIE12/06/2004

i must be a maniac to wear this, dreadful, very disappointed, nothing liked the decription, total waste, the only perfume i have ever sent back

Thanks for your little story... I actually have trouble being able to smell EA Night for women for some reason. My favorites besides EA are: DKNY Be Delicious, Escada Magnetism, Carolina Herrera's Carolina, Leau Par Kenzo, Eau de Cartier, Bvlgari BLV and Omnia, Angel Innocent, Gucci Eau de Parfum II... these are some favorites of mine (I am a real perfume junkie)! Some are light, some are sexy, some are unisex, etc... see if your girlfriend likes any of these. They are among the best out there in my opinion!

  • MAN11/13/2004

Dear JT you're absolutely right EA she and EA she night have similar notes. My girlfriend layers them together - She hydrating body mist and then Night perfume all over. She can use it like that, you're right they're both light fragrances. I loved your story! The EA perfumes don't smell unisex to me but I 'wear' it sometimes after intimate moments with my princess, she likes me spraying her with the body mist and massaging, once she sprayed me all over too and massaged me with her body, we both find it a great turn on :) I might buy EA night for men for myself, I quite like it (JT I bet you'd like it on me too;). You may wonder about my knowledge of female perfumes but my girlfriend is such a perfumeholic that I've become an expert with her :) My favourite on her is Organza. JT what other scents do you wear?

  • JT10/30/2004

Funny story here... (Even if you don't think it's funny, it was to me)! First of all, I am a woman. One who loves fresh natural scents.... One day, I went to my local perfume store where I was interested in smelling EA Night perfume. The sales clerk gave me a sample. I was SO crazy about it that I bought it (the women's version). I opened the package and sprayed some on and thought...hmm, this smells nothing like the sample I received... I wonder why? I thought I bought a defective bottle or something, so I returned it to the store and inquired what the reason might be for the different (and in my opinion not as good) smell. Well, it happened that the sales clerk who gave me the sample accidentally gave me the men's version (which I absolutely loved, haha)!! I thought to myself, "what a nice and unique smelling women's fragrance, kinda unisex in fact". Ok, before you think I'm really being rediculous, I have to tell you that on the package of the men's sample, there is a picture of a young man and woman, with the woman being more prominent in the picture. Not to mention that it only says "for him" in VERY inconspicuous small letters at the bottom which I didn't see, but didn't think much of it since the scent itself seemed pleasantly unisex on me. In the opinion of myself and others, the men's version of Night CAN pass as a deep, warm and complex unisex scent. So, it happens it is the men's version that I like much better on me. Deeper, warmer, more complex, unique and interesting. So those of you ladies who are open to more unisex type of scents, you might check it out! Hmm, maybe I shouldn't wear it on a date though...haha!

  • JT10/29/2004

I forgot to mention before... In my opinion and on MY skin, Emporio Armani Night for women smells quite UNISEX! In fact, so does the E.A. original. The men's versions are similar. So, if you are a lady who only likes very feminine scents, you might not like these scents, as they are not necessarily overly 'girly' smelling, but delicious and sensual for a woman nonetheless.

  • JT10/29/2004

I have the original Emporio Armani and I was surprized that the Night has some of the same notes. Very similar, but then different. Hard to describe... to me, both of them have notes with a "food" element... like peanut butter cookies in the original and in the Night, some of the cookie smell plus seasonings like sage, but then vanilla too... complex scents. I know that was a strange description, but still very pleasant smelling. My only complaint is that they are almost too light. I wish the Emporio Armani perfumes for women were a bit stronger. Oh well, I love them anyway. I am not crazy about the White though. That one is much different... a strange ambery floral.

  • KJB07/24/2004

This is a nice fragrance. I like this for winter. I have not had a problem with staying power of this fragrance. Armani makes some wonderful scents. I like White for summer, Night for winter and Emporio Armani for anytime, any weather. You can't go wrong when you buy Armani.

  • ZELJKA05/05/2004

I totaly agree with laura c. It's nice, sweet and refreshing, but after few hours you don't feel it at all.

  • SUZANNE05/04/2004

I received this as a gift. At first I thought it was just another clone of all the other sickening, cloying floral fragrances out there. After the third of fourth try with it, though, I sudddenly felt more appreciative. Fresh and fruity, tart and sweet, nicely-balanced floral. Will be good for summer, definitely. "Patent-leather" shiny red spray bottle with red rubber sprayer to push down on is fun, too.

  • LAURA C.04/24/2004

very nice scent. It's a pity that it doesn't last a bit longer
