It's bold and a little spicy. I get hints of incense and vanilla and a little raspberry peeking through. Even in the 80 strength it's very long lasting. Some got on my coat last Saturday-it's now Wednesday and I can still smell it. A real bang for your buck!
Mark if you are still posting you could try Coty Vanilla Musk and also Tocade by Rochas.
This one is beautiful..wish I would of found it sooner. Sexy...not too heavy on the vanilla scent either.
ciara is the type of perfume that you cant judge from the bottle or even sprayed on immediatly. Wait a half hour to an hour after applying and the scent is incredible. lots of compliments will come. dont drown yourself with it either. Starts out strong, powdery, but cools down .
I'VE BEEN A FAN SINCE THE BEGINNING. THE TRICK IS TO PUT CIARA ON VERY SPARINGLY, AT LEAST 1/2-HR BEFORE YOU GO OUT. A DROP IS ENOUGH AND IT IS HEAVEN!!!
One of my co-workers wears a perfume that is very appealing to me, and I'm playing a guessing game with her to find out the name of the fragrance. I admit, I need a clue. It's definitely oriental, definite vanilla and musk +???, reminds me of Ciara, but she says it's not. Anyone know of similar fragrances I can test for my research? You will be rewarded by my undying gratitude. -Mark
This fragrance is very romantic and dramatic - NOT for daily office wear (it is too provocative). It is one of Revlon's best. I've worn it for 17 yrs. and never tire of it. Another terrific Revlon scent that I used to wear in the 70s is Intimate. It was so romantic and sophisticated when Revlon was still producing it. Unfortunately, Revlon sold it to another company who changed the formula and ruined it. I hope Revlon continues to produce Ciara.

This scent is powdery, over whelmingly gross....every time I smell this on someone it makes me gag!
For me, this fragrance was an acquired taste. Now, it is an ADDICTION! *lol* I love it; it is dramatic, classic, sexy and elegant. Beautiful, lovely scent. I would recommend Ciara 80% to ANYONE who likes a unique (non-trendy) perfume that sparkles. The price is also right!

Does anyone know if they still make Revlon's Ciara Body Velvet? It's a type of lotion. They still make the fragrance, but I've not seen the body velvet. Can anyone help? Thanks!
