This isn't a stand-out, but it has a sweet, clean, fresh scent that lingers throughout the day. I generally like something with a little more kick to it, but I bought this un-sniffed and am pretty pleased with it. I think it will be that perfect lovely, quiet, pleasant scent for the office. It does have a beautiful character.
Reporting back to you: I like it, but some days I think my chemistry or whatever body lotion I used after showering, seem to affect the way this one smells on me. It's not my favorite scent in the world, but I do like it. Some days the sandalwood notes are prominent, other days the citrus notes prevail. I do not understand this at all, but perhaps this scent is truly capable of transforming based on differing conditions. Your thoughts?
Doesn't smell like I thought it would, based on the description. It opens with an incredible burst of essences, but changes on me significantly after awhile. Although, I would catch the scent of it on me and think, wow that smells nice. Yet when I would sniff my arm where I actually sprayed it, I wasn 't nearly as impressed! I need to try this one again; I'll report back to you. P.S. The bottle is not my favorite; I don't like the wires all over it.
My favorite. Hopefully Bijan won't discontinue that soon like DNA. The whole fragrance has style.
It is not to be compared to any other scent on the market currently (especially not with Calvin Klein!). This one is different from the beginning and develops into one of the most beautiful and unique smells I have ever tried. It is likely to fall in love with a twist...
Everybody is going to have a different personal scent mixture with this as any other perfume. I happen to love both Bijan's.
If you go by the description it should smell wonderful, but in fact it's rather average. It really does not stand out from all the other perfumes on the market.
Better than Bijan to me, but there's something too familiar about it to justify spending so much money on it.
Lola - please don't attack this fragrance like that - it's beautiful and not too overpowering - definitely try it if you're thinking about it!

By the notes listed on this it sounds wonderful and I was going to try it. But after reading Marcy's very descriptive post equating it to Gai Mattolo and Contradiction(both of these make me sick) I won' be wasting my money until I smell it for myself.
This fragrance is warm and sunny without the huge citrusy smell. Definitely an improvement for Bijan!
I have always worn Mackie-but this is alot better than Mackie smells- it is wonderful!!! Great choice!
the Bijan co. sent me a free vial of Bijan with a Twist. I was a little dissapointed, it isn't unique enough for me. It smell similar to Gai Mattiolo by Borghese, and like Contradiction, by Calvin Klien
