This seems to be a contradiction in that it is warm and light at the same time. The scent lasts all day but is not overpowering. Fresh and powdery. Reminds me of less complex Hiris (from Hermes). Very feminine.
this is definately a real flower essence, with the bitterness and almost medicinal scent of a distillation. on me, the scent starts with that bitter, edgy iris, then dries down with a human-musk finish, balanced by the delicate waft of vanilla that has been in all the molinard fleurs. i'm not entirely sure how i feel about this one, but it is one of the few i've layered -- with molinard lily, whose sweetness balances this out a little.
