This is my new favorite signature scent. It is a very high class soapy-powdery and sexy! and it lasts for a very long time .. more than 16 hours!

  • LIZ07/31/2012

my bf has it n i just love the softness of it. smells young.

  • ALLISON04/30/2012

Clean and a little powdery. Smells sophisticated and isn't too overpowering. A sexy male fragrance for nighttime...

  • VICKI01/03/2012

The fragrance is very nice; however I wish it would have included a spray instead of just a pop-off lid. Shipping was FAST....

  • SLIMM06/21/2010

I'd like to say that yes, this cologne is a bit feminine. It has a powdery amber quality this is only sweetened and compounded by the vanilla note. Upon intial application, it will give you a scent derived of freshness (think like the inside of a barbershop), but as it goes on it only gets sweeter. Although, I will admit this. . . as sweet and powdery as Prada Pour Homme is, it won't become cloying.

  • KRIS CHANDLER01/27/2010

this fragrance smells like an alchemy of rich incense and costly soap.it is not as subtle as the infusion d homme but projects out of the skin well and also lasts long.this scent has got a sweetness to it which could have been subdued to an extent though not overtly sweet but with out a doubt this commands attention because of its sophisticated and rich flavor which resembles expensive soap.women adore this and i too excellent for the evenings for romantic or formal occasions where you are dressed in a clean cut suit or a neat pair of shirt and trousers, but a big no for casual occasions

  • MOHAMED06/14/2009

this is the best perfume i've ever had .. never get bored of it .. will buy it again ..

  • ART03/13/2009

This is a great fragrance. After shaving it leaves me with a clean crisp feeling. It also lasts and lasts.

  • DUSAN09/15/2008

Wait, why such haste? All the negative reviews here seem to have been written by people who've only spent ten minutes with the fragrance. There's nothing remotely feminine in Prada's crisp, suede-y, almost savory drydown and what little amber there is at the outset soon morphs into a lovely clean barber-shop soap. This coming from a fan of orientals.

  • BBD06/12/2008

This is quickly becoming one of my absolute favorites, in part because its unique compared to all the widely available men's fragrances. You first get the scent of expensive soap, a note that remains throughout application. Prada then evolves into a rich, dry fragrance that is both amber and masculine floral. I think its the labdanum that gives it so much depth. In final dry note you can pick up notes of dry vanilla. Prada lasts forever with good sillage. I'm surprised by reviews that call this perfumish or feminine. This works for any time - office, day, night, dinner, etc.

  • BBD05/29/2008

Prada ph will definitely appeal to those of you who can't stand the close similarities between masculine designer scents. Instead of the usual citrus/spice/musk, Prada has a powerful fragrance that starts out with top notes that can only be described as 'expensive soap'. The kind of soap you'd smell receiving a shave at an exclusive old-time men's salon. These notes give way to a heart of amber twinged with a dry but noticeable vanilla and slight spice. Prada lasts a long time with good sillage. If you want something different you won't go wrong here.

  • BBD05/21/2008

This is by far the most unique mass-produced men's fragrance being marketed today. I can't understand the comments that Prada is somehow feminine. It's not. The top notes can only be described as 'expensive soap lather' . You feel clean just putting it on. The scent develops into a rich woods/floral mix - I can note the saffron and patchouli notes. This fragrance is strong and lasts a long time.

  • BBD05/11/2008

A most unique fragrance that evokes a feeling of cleanliness and confidence. Prada is not overpowering but it lasts. The top notes that can only be described as 'fresh soap' meld into a warm, masculine woodsy/floral accord that is both wide and deep. Not for those who prefer citrus/fruit colognes.

  • PAUL05/01/2008

This is an alright scent, considering it is made by Prada, I thought it would be a bit more fancy but it's a bit too boring/casual. Doesn't smell bad but nothing special either, and it dries down to a baby powder smell which I'm not much of a fan of.

  • 30YROLDVIRGIN03/02/2008

This had a mysterious sent that made me smell it a few times. Just too much of a sweet powder dry down for me.

  • NINO02/13/2008

this is an ok fragrance, i think its a bit overpriced, youre paying extra for the prada label. ive noticed that when it wears off, there is strong alocohol scent that lingers. also why is it purple? not a very mascuine color.

  • DARRSHAN12/30/2007

the more iam using this fragrance the more iam falling in love with it, i cant understand some negative comments made here in this column, any way it is the most different scent out here for men.

  • GEORGE E12/20/2007

Agree with most posts of this being somewhat feminine. Could easily be mistaken for a feminine body mist or lotion and i wouldn't feel very confident wearing it. But nonetheless, it will sell per it smells nice and it's Prada!!

  • KMF12/18/2007

Nice is all I get from this one. It has that classic powdery barbershop scent to it. Not bad, but kinda boring imo...

  • DARRSHAN12/15/2007

prada has done it again, a very soothing fragrance for men from this great house. i really love to wear it in the evenings till night. a very pleasant scent the most imp part not overpowering at all.

  • LOS12/04/2007

One of the best new fragrance releases for women. At least that's who's wearing it! 10% masculine! Prada is a powerhouse and sadly this was the best they could do!!

  • SASHABOO11/21/2007

This cologne makes me want to run in the OTHER direction whenever my husband wears it! It totally does NOT have any redeeming qualities for it to have the Prada name. Not recommended at all.

  • NATHAN11/12/2007

Great cologne, not too overbearing. All of the girls say it smells fantastic, but it is borderline between cologne and perfume. This, if slightly altered, would sell as an outstanding perfume!

  • WB10/30/2007

VERY NICE. IT SEEMS TO COME OFF AS BORDERLINE FEMININE AND TURNS INTO A UNISEX SMELL. BOTH MEN AND WOMEN WILL BE BUYING THIS IN ABUNDANCE IN THE FUTURE.

  • LEBM08/07/2007

I traded this back for Vera Wang - I did get good compliments on it... it last a long time - but I dont really care the smell personally - its smells purple - if I can put a color to it - and makes my stomach turn - but yes the ladies like it..... but its not a killa - for me - I may have to re-visit at a later date... the soap scent is strong....

  • BARBARA W07/28/2007

Good evening fragrance for men. Woods and amber - yum. I'm not crazy about the woman's version, but this is well done.

  • TONY T06/29/2007

after wearing this a couple of days this is hot.in some ways magnetic with it's softness and warmness.to be subtle it lasts an awfully long time and i received a handful noteworthy comments while wwearing this to work. armani is trying to compete with it's emporio city glam but their is no competition

  • EAO06/09/2007

this is just a perfect scent for the evening.. its totally unique and make you stand out in crowd. i recommend this scent.

  • SERIEL05/26/2007

This is one of the best new scents I have tried and my girlfriend went crazy over it. She said that this is how a man should smell. A very manly GQ scent that is perfect for the evening. The dry down is very warm, clean and mellow. A nice trade from all the fruity and vanilla scents coming out these days. My girlfriend said she favors it over the rest of my collection which includes LeMale, Hugo, Hugo Energise, Baldessarini, Unforgivable, Boss Selection, Lancome Hypnose, Dolce & Gabanna, Armani Code, Paul Sebastian and Carlos Santana. The Carlos Santana is now 2nd in her book.

  • GREENTEA05/21/2007

I think most below either need to get thier noses checked. This cologne is incredible, one of the better new colognes I've smelled in a long time. The complexity of the amber notes has a sparkling scent on my skin that it amazing. High quality cologne and very different.

  • JASON1305/11/2007

Makes M7 look like Mr. Olympia! One of the most feminine smells recently released with a "pour homme" label. Not even recommended by the salesladys who shared the same thoughts as myself! Sure it smells good, but so does Glow by Jlo!

  • VANDERGRIFF04/16/2007

Tony seems to hit it on the head. It is short and sweet, alot like Prada. The smell is unique indeed, but it is not anything special. The scent reminds me of clean clothes, with a hint of spice. It is almost unisex. The dry effect is nice, as it leaves a clean smell. Still, the price of Prada is a tad overboard. I expected much better results from Prada for the price. As I said, this is not bad. It almost seems like the fragrance is missing something. A touch of wood or tobacco might have turned this into a best seller. I think this could be a good cologne for someone older, a father, grandfather, or uncle. This is not a lady killer.

  • TONY T03/18/2007

that does it's job. overpriced but done well.not a lady's magnet, more casual than formal. if you like bvlgari blv and notte you will love prada.

  • RYAN03/07/2007

In my opinion, I have to disagree with Lestat. In a world of Ralph Laurens, Calvin Kleins and Kenneth Coles, I really think Prada stands out as something different. To me it is initially soapy and clean, but definitely dries down to something more charismatic and almost oriental. To me, it is unlike anything I have smelled before. Now, I'm sure there is something out there that maybe smells similar, but I haven't come across it yet . . . IMHO, another win from the house of Prada! BTW, I read somewhere they are talking about releasing a Prada por homme Intense in the next year or two.

  • SILKY01/19/2007

I agree with Lestat to an extent and disagree mainly. It is a common scent, nothing to original which is the reason why it get's only four stars from me. However, it is a good common scent it and a good add to the ol' collection.

  • LESTAT01/11/2007

No Need to Buy this.Waste of money tooooo much hype for nothing.. ordinary smell.Prada Im sure can do much better than this.

  • TAJSMELLSGOOD11/26/2006

I recently ran across a sample of this in a magazine. First, I want to say that in my opinion, smelling a sample from a magazine is not the way to make a final opinion on a fragrance. I feel the glue and the paper itself interferes with the scent. It gives you a general assesment as to whether you should sample the real deal. Initially, I like this. It seems rich and different. I also love the bottle. I definitely will have to do more testing, but for now it seems good. This is subject to change.

  • COLOGNE COLLECTOR11/24/2006

This is a very nice new release. Now i understand that some may not like it because of it's initial soapiness. I find it quite pleasing, and then it dries down softly, even unisex as one might say. The drydown is soft, sweet and powdery musky. But, it also remains to be quite clean through out. Indeed it reminds me of a classic barbershop. A good release from Prada.
