Rouge Royal fragrance was launched in 2002. For the season of 2011, the house of Princesse Marina De Bourbon presented a new, limited edition under the name Rouge Royal Elite. The new perfume is described as a rich, sophisticated and sensual floral - fruity – woody, “a much more present, powered and sensual fragrance”.Fruity notes of raspberry, wild strawberry and black currant open the composition with their juicy and sweet tones. The heart of the fragrance is rich with floral notes of Centifolia rose, Indian jasmine and ylang-ylang from Madagascar (rose replaced lily of the valley of the original). The base features intensive woody notes of Mysore sandalwood, Indonesian patchouli and vetiver, along with warm amber and vanilla.
