Excellent, sensuous fragrance for men. In the same family as Hypnose for men - woody, aromatic, slightly sweet. Good choice for romantic encounters...

To start off, this smells like something Avon has been attempting for many years, but Mauboussin actually pulled it off. But don't let my mentioning Avon make you run away screaming. This is a very punguent oriental fragrance, without the nastiness that Avon adds to their concoctions. It has strong floral notes in it without being femenine. The strength fades rather quickly leaving a nice, subtle, alluring scent that would be perfect for romantic evenings. I bought this one blind and I wasn't disappointed. In fact, I HAD to buy blind because I couldn't sample it anywhere. That's how rare this fragrance is, so you will definitely be original by wearing it.

Very pleasant and unique smell, this relatively unknown woody-floral is. I've gotten some nice compliments on it and it doesn't appear to rip-off any other frag. out there in terms of scent similarity. I like the bottle a lot, too.

Nice floral/nature-smelling sleeper that seems to last fairly long and has a keeper of a bottle.

I was surfing on the internet for an exotic cologne so this seemed like one to try. I like the effort here. Smells like flowers and clean air and plants. They also make household air dispensors for that too. That's the main problem with this is there is not enough deep notes to make it smell like a cologne. The inital application is strong, fades and is pretty short lived. I give it 4 stars.

Very attractive floral/sandalwoody scent is unknown to most out there, is great for the evenings and romantic encounters and has a keeper of a bottle.

I've been eyeing that perfume bottle for quite some time and heard it was a great fragrance for women and when I clicked here a month ago I see they introduced the men's cologne. I value Rob's opinions on other colognes. That along with the ingrediants I was thinking about going for the gamble. I love patchoulli when it's used right. That combined with Sandlewood and the other spices makes this a refined, floral scent I think. Normally this would turn alot off on guys. I had a cologne like this once, it was called Jaipur and hated it due to the overbearing vanilla. Vanilla is only good in a man's cologne if used as a bottom note. Kind of like Dunill (Red ). It really developes well on the skin and is never a steady scent, as it seems to have a "mixed" smell to it. I think this is one of the few colognes that I've found the drydown is better then the initial application and it smells even better after an hour. This is one of the best colognes I've bought in a long , long time. I also bought the perfume for my girlfriend and going to suprise her with it for she doesn't have any perfume right now. I'll review that one soon. Thumbs up on this cologne!

This is a rather lovely woody-floral cologne with a touch of vanilla that's excellent for romantic encounters and you'll pretty much be the only gent out there wearing it wherever you go. The womens' version is also a beautiful fragrance. Beautiful bottle design as well for both the mens' and womens'. Thank you for this wonderful romantic sleeper, Mr. Alberto Morillas!
