Don't waste your money on this !

I remember getting this for a gift for Christmas back in the 1990's when it was at its height of popularity. It is warm and feminine and has a depth and sweetness to it that I find most of ET perfumes do not. I recommend this to people who like unique sweet floral scents. I may have to revisit it myself! Cheers!

This fragrance is so soft and sweet. It makes me feel so feminine and wonderful when I wear this perfume. It's never overpowering but it does have staying power. Wonderful worn any time and anywhere. Definitely one of my favorite scents!

Black Pearls have always been a fragrance I've stayed away from because it's from Elizabeth Taylor after all. But now that curiosity got the better of me and I found this at a discount store for a REAL DEAL I am overwhelmed by it's beauty, and yet it has already been discontinued.

STILL WEAR IT ON RAINY DAYS ... IT IS VERY POWDERY IN A EVER SO DELICATE-FEMININE WAY ... MIGHT APPEAL TO AN OLDER CROWD ,MORE SO THAN THE YOUNGER ONE... ALTHOUGH IVE BEEN WEARING IT FOR A WHILE AND JUST NOW AM IN MY 30S...

i like it now. my mother in law was wearing it the other day and it smelled lovely so i went out and got a bottle. i guess it just had to grow on me.

its alright. not the best scent i've ever smell. actually not even somthing i would personally buy.its too strong for me. kmy mother n law wears it all the time and it actually smells good on her. i guess it just doesnt fit with my body.i like sweet scents most of the time

I am not a real girly girl and I don't usually wear fragrances or makeup or any of that other goop but! I LOVE BLACK PEARLS! I was heart broken when my local stores stopped carrying it and I was told that they stopped making it! It was to my suprize and delight that I have found it again on the internet! If you want a fragrance that is not too much and not too little, one that says sexy without saying sex, you have to try Black Pearls. Spicey sweet without being too fruity or flowery. I adore Black Pearls.

This is so different than anything I've ever tried. Didn't expect much when I first ordered it, but boy was I surprised! It's beautiful! The combination of top-middle-base notes creates a unique composition that is both powerful and soft. The floral essences in it are truly spectacular!

This has a special meaning to me because my aunt from Washington D.C. gave it to me when I asked her what she was wearing that smelled so good. I also wore this exclusively in the hospital when my 10 month son stayed for a week. It's powderly and soft and it's great for day or evening. In hospital, they generally do not want you to wear perfume, but this was so elegant that I had no problem. Great scent! I am so glad a got this bottle.

I have always been able to find Black Pearls on ebay for very reasonable prices. I also have trouble finding it.

I am still trying to make up my mind as to whether I like this one or not; it seems some days I do and some days I don't...wierd but I will keep trying it!! It does have a very powdery smell to it.

PLEASE, bring it back to the stores! I finally found the right scent for me, and then it's discontinued.

Black Pearls fans who have trouble finding it, try Tocade, it smells very similar.

Why did you stop making it? This is the only perfume that I wear. I get compliments about it on a daily basis from my colleagues at work. Please bring it back!! It is so difficult to find.

This is my all time favorite perfume. I am pleased with all of Elizabeth Taylor's fragrances, however, Black Pearls is the best.
