One of my favourites. Has just the right blend of flowers, fruits and spices. I love it.
There's a new limited edition Oscar that comes in a blue tinted bottle, the box is light blue and white stripes. It is an uplifting summery scent with fresh marine notes. Very good.
This is supposed to be tropical? There is nothing tropical about this perfume. Maybe for someone in their late 60's...very dissapointing...
I love the colours in this bottle, never actually sampled the fragrance but my mum loves the original so it might be worth trying! Is it available in Australian stores??
At first, it smells very nice. Then, as it dries, it turns to just an amplified soap odor. I use it to spruce up other fragrances (don't try this if you're not sure what you're doing).
If you're still looking for a "tropical" perfume, may I suggest Fidji by Guy Laroche, a most beautiful classic that is so user-friendly, easy to wear, and I've never met anyone who doesn't like it. It's a beautifully balanced blend of flowers, tropical fruits and spices, is not heavy and you don't get tired of the smell. Hard to find but try it. It's better than many of the latest perfumes.
This one reminded me of Sand & Sable or other drug-store brand. I'm still looking for a great "tropical" cologne though, if anyone has a suggestion!
