I wore this fragrance for years and can't find it anywhere. Please bring the lotion back! Does anyone know where I can purchase this?

  • GWENDOLYN WALKER06/28/2009

I Love love this perfume so much I have used some of the best and expensive but i always come back to liz claiborne. I always get so many compliments about the smell. I have a perfume tray full of differant perfume and they are all full but I keep going for liz claiborne. Don't ever stop selling this frangrance again.

  • J01/07/2009

I have loved Liz for many years. My Aunt always wore it and when I smell it, it reminds me of her. Liz always had a fresh, crisp smell to it that I always liked. This smells so much better than some of todays perfumes in my opinion. I will always have a place for Liz. It is so funny, yet comforting how a certain fragrance can take you back a thousand miles.

  • J11/27/2008

Boy this brings the memories in by the bucket full for me. My Aunt Lisa has worn this since 1986(her senior year of highschool) and everytime I smell it I think of the good days. I have the big bottle and wear it as if it was just released. Scents can really take you back, and Liz does just that. Oh how I wish I could go back to these days. Liz is very green and fresh smelling. It is crazy that people date perfumes. This smells as good now as it did in 1986. Love it!

  • JESSICA10/07/2008

WHERE DID THE SHAMPOO GO? I USED IT ONCE PROBABLY IN THE 90'S AND NEVER SEEN IT AGAIN. IT SMELLED JUST LIKE THE PERFUME,MMMMHHMMMM

  • JESSICA10/07/2008

THIS PERFUME ROCKS!! THIS IS BASICLY THE ONLY PERFUME I WEAR OR HAVE EVER WORN. IT SMELL SO AWSOME. I GUESS IF I CARED WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THOUGHT I WOULDNT WEAR IT, IM GLAD I DONT LOL. THIS WILL B THE ONLY ONE I WEAR AS LONG AS I CAN BUY IT. I HAVE 2 BOTTLES SAVING IN THE FRIDGE!!! THATS A SECRET TO NOT LETTING IT GO STALE

  • DMARIE07/02/2008

I did a test of lasting power lastnight. Well.I have put this perfume(liz) up against three popular celeb fragrances I sprayed 4 of my shirts in my closet one with gwen stefani's perfume, one with paris hilton's perfume, one with liz claiborne, and the other with spark by liz claiborne and this morning the ones that still smelled were Liz Claiborne,Spark, and Paris Hilton. Gwen's failed the test! And it is the most expensive and newest of all of them! I am upset because I really like the one by Gwen but I am debating wether or not it will get returned. But Liz Claiborne is a good long lasting fragrance and it has the coolest shaped bottle! And I got it for less than half the cost of my Gwen Stefani perfume! So older perfumes I'd have to say are better with the lasting power. To me that is most important in a fragrance.

  • REBECCA05/05/2008

Whenever I see this perfume I think about my brother. He has bought this for every single one of his girlfriends since about 1988. lol I'm not crazy about it, but it holds alot of memories for people.

  • ERIC03/16/2008

God knows how I miss smelling this on women. Some women applied a little too much but those who didn't made you want to drift in the air after them!!

  • JEANNE06/06/2007

WOW!! AM I HAPPY -- NEVER THOUGHT I'D SEE "MY" SCENT AGAIN -- NOT ONLY THE SPRAY (BLUE TRIANGLE) BUT THE SHOWER GEL AS WELL -- I'M ECSTATIC!! (HOW ABOUT THE BODY LOTION -- OR AM I PUSHING IT NOW)?

  • LUCIA04/28/2007

I used to get compliments by men all the time when I wore this. Why discontinue such a good perfume? It is beautiful.

  • JEN02/01/2007

This has become known as my "signature scent". I get soooo many compliments. Since when are refreshing, floral fragrances 'dated'? This is one of the only perfumes I can wear that doesn't make my nose want to run off my face! LONG LIVE LIZ!

  • MTHRMAYI209/15/2006

This scent reminded my friend and I of high school. We were so excited to see that it is still made. If it makes you happy wear it. Maybe you'll start a new trend. For those who criticize it because it's from the 80's and they think they are too sophisticated...the 80's are back in. Look at the clothes.

  • SHERRY BYARD04/09/2006

why would you quit making something that smells so good? never had as many compliments except when I wear the body lotion but i get lots of comments even with the perfume.....i think yiu should bring it back.

  • GRETCHEN04/09/2006

This was another scent that my mother would wear before "the change" rendered her intolerant of fragrances (very sad!). She had the one that was in the red triangle. I loved peering into the glass center and sneaking a spritz of it- where it was hidden in her top dresser drawer. I saw a mini of it at the store last week and bought it- when I first opened the bottle- wow- the smell of alcohol took my breath away (smelled like a wine cooler) and made me dizzy. Once past this- it's like the poster below stated- it really is a happy day scent- I don't think of it as a "power" or "80's" fragrance- it is what you make of it and memories that you hold close to your heart- enjoy!

  • LEELEEYA03/16/2006

This is the glamorous 80's perfume. It reminds me of a sunny happy day when I spray this fragarance on. It's sweet and not overpowering. Delightful.

  • TAMMY02/16/2006

My MIL bought a bottle of this for me in the late 80s for Christmas one year and I loved it. Because I discovered so many other fragrances during the 90s I never tried LC again until recently. In no way do I think of the 80s when I wear this fragrance. It is pretty floral, definitely feminine, subtle but not to the point of disappearing, and a great everyday fragrance. I'm glad that I rediscovered this little gem. As far as I know it hasn't been discontinued, just not sold in the dept. stores anymore. You can get great prices for it at online perfume stores and my local Walmart has it for $19. With so many fragrances costing upwards of $60 now, it's refreshing to find something that smells good and doesn't break the bank.

  • KATHY Z.11/04/2005

I loved and wore this scent when it first came out. I thought it was heavenly. I just bought another bottle recently--but can't wear it now--too sweet and fruity. So I gave it to my 14 year old daughter and she loves it and I like smelling it on her. My taste in perfumes has changed and evolved as I have gotten older. But if this is the kind of scent you like, go for it.

  • SHANNON11/01/2005

I am "scensitive" (my word for most perfumes give me a headache) but I have never had a problem with Liz Claiborne. I love this smell and have received many compliments on it.

  • BIANCA10/06/2005

For some reason, people bash the 80s. This perfume came out twenty years ago. Chanel 5, Joy, and the like came out in the twenties and thirties! NO ONE SAYS THEY ARE DATED. This is a nice fragrance, it is a light floral with a twist. Light enough not to be heavy and strong enough yet subtle.

  • GWEN09/19/2005

I love the crisp, clean smell. I call this my Saturday cologne because it is a fun scent that always reminds me of summer. I like the unique shape and primary colors of the bottles too.

  • SHERRY08/26/2005

iI hane been wearing Liz lotion and perfume for twenty years and i m addicted to it, always get compliments any time i wear it. plese bring it back!

  • PETRA05/15/2005

I were many different perfumes -basically based on mood & weather. I wear everything from Chanel, Givenchy to JLo. But I do wear this scent at least twice a week, and without a doubt always have someone compliment it. It may not be a so-called "Classy" but a good thing is a good thing. It is the only fragrance that I get nice attention wearing.

  • SNOWDOVE02/20/2005

I wish Liz Claborne would bring back the orignal body lotion, its such a clean. And has not been avaliable for a few years now.

  • STEVO09/19/2004

Reminds me of a specific age....the age of Mall hair! Stirrup pants, over sized sweaters, Cyndi Lauper or Sting, blasting on the radio..and of course...Liz Claiborne. This along with "Electric Youth" perfume and "Exclamation" (by Coty) remind me of that time. I was in junior high in those days and Liz Claiborne was my fave to smell on the girls. It was unlike those others...especially Electric Youth ...YUCK! Bittersweet times, but Liz Claiborne made them...somehow...sweeter.

  • MARTIE07/28/2004

I agree, this one does take me back to the 80s and early 90s. This was another that I wore when I started college (best time of my life). Boy it sure does bring back fond memories. I just bought it again. No, it's not the best I have, but I like it, it is unique and appealing and I will wear it when the mood strikes me. Quite a fun, upbeat, youthful scent IMO.

  • STUART03/12/2004

You people make with laugh with all the 80's stupidity as if something that smelled great then no longer smells great now for some reason. How stupid. This fragrance is just as wonderful to smell on a woman in 2004 as it was in 1988.

  • HERMIONE02/16/2004

Yummy! It smells just like bath and body works freesia line. Love it!

  • KAY STEED02/15/2004

I too have worn the original Liz Lotion for years and am looking for a source.

  • KAY COCHRAN12/26/2003

I have worn this smell for years and always receive compliments..but I can't find the lotion anywhere it is sold out!! Help!

  • GLENDA07/30/2003

Gosh, I wore this stuff 24-7. I smell it and I am taken right back to the 80's. Think, Shaker Knit Sweaters and stirrup pants and flats with no stockings and Wham playing on the Radio and Pretty in Pink at the Movies.

  • ANDREA07/12/2003

If you think this is a "dated" scent, then so are half of the Chanel and Estee Lauder perfumes which came out in the 80s and even earlier. People will say, but Chanel and Estee Lauder are "classics." They're only classics because people keep wearing them. If it's a pretty scent, then wear it--regardless of the year it came out.

  • LAUREN04/18/2003

Dear Stephanie and Sara, Very nice and soft fragrance, a classic. P.S. Please respect each others points of view. Come on now, where talking perfume. We can disagree, but lets not get catty about it. This website was created to share, rate, fragrances, right? :-)

  • CLAUDIA ALVAREZ04/15/2003

I REALLY LOVE THE SMELL IT IS GREAT , I JUST LOVE THEM ALL, LIZ YOU GOT GREAT TASTE THANK YOU THANK YOU LIZ .......

  • SARA03/11/2003

"L'Air de Temps to Exclamation at Walmart. Wide varity." You must not get out much. I prescribe Vogue to you. You are welcome.

  • JENNIFER S03/06/2003

I love Liz, and I get so many compliments when I'm wearing it. It seems that men really like it, too. I've worn few fragrances that are like that, and I've paid the BIG bucks!

  • BARBARA02/24/2003

I just heard the news, too. I quickly have to stock up. My husband can't stand any other perfkume.

  • JANET01/24/2003

I have always gotten compliments when I wear Liz. If you spray too much, it can be too strong just like anything else. My clothes smell so nice even the next time I wear them. The trend-setter at work even says "nice". Some of the new stuff is just that, stuff.

  • LYNDA HOYT01/15/2003

There used to be a body gloss in this line, I really liked it, and they stopped making it. Why is it you find something you really love and then they do away with it. Please bring it back!!

  • MARLENE01/13/2003

I don't get the women who say this was a trendy fragrance. I didn't find it to be so. If something smells good it smells good. The reason I enjoy this is it's not light and citrusy fresh as most scents currently available.

  • S.F.01/08/2003

I use to wear this in the late 80's because it was a trendy fragrance but I can never imagine using this today. It's not a horrible fragrance but it can be a bit on the strong and heavy side for some including me. I have to agree with some of the other reviewers that it is outdated only because most of todays scents are usually lighter, citrusy and fresh.

  • YVONNE01/05/2003

I use to wear this in the mid 80's and I have to admit I did like it then, but now my tastes in fragrances have changed and this has become to strong for me and a bit nauseating, it's not light and fresh as many of todays fragrances. I am purchasing this for my mother since she still likes it.

  • CARON12/31/2002

This scent still smells great. A great fragrance has nothing to do with what year it was made. I've never understood how any one with sense could say it smells too 80s. So if something was made in the 90s it's too 90s? Stupid. It just simply smells good.

  • SID12/30/2002

Not good enought to become a classic, put it to rest, the scent is so strong and sooooo 80's.

  • CAROLYN12/30/2002

Julia...tell me it ain't so!! I have heard nothing about them phasing out "Liz". I've worn it for years and always...ALWAYS...am complimented on it...Have been stopped by countless men when wearing "Liz" and they always tell me how great I smell! If that don't tell the product is good...ain't nothing going to convince you!

  • JULIA12/11/2002

WHY are they discontinuing the perfume Liz by Liz? The EDT is just not strong enough. Where can I load up on the last of the real thing??

  • MEGAN MARSTON12/06/2002

This was my favorite, favorite fragrance in 7th and 8th grade. I was obsessed with the smell of it. Unfortunately, its too strong smelling and gives me a headache now.

  • STEPHANIE12/04/2002

Ok, you think the perfume is dated: point taken... And the one woman said she couldn't find the perfume anywhere but here and you said "Dated indeed". You can find Liz Claiborne anywhere. The mall, Walmart, etc... And then don't go and say something like that makes it cheap then.. cause you can find everything from L'Air de Temps to Exclamation at Walmart. Wide varity. This perfume smells good, who cares if i came out in the '80s?

  • DENISE12/03/2002

I've been wearing this perfume since it came out, and I've had a terrible time finding it lately. I absolutely love it. Thanks Perfume Emporium.

  • DAN11/30/2002

This stuff drives me wild! When a woman walks by me wearing this - I am turned on...I'm serious!

  • GRACIE09/20/2002

I agree this is pretty dated! I used too really like it in the late 80's. I too did not realize it was still around much. I have seen it at discount stores like Odd Lots and so forth and figured was discontinued or something. It was great in the day, it was the first "real" perfume I owned. Before that is was Babe and Avon junk. It would be alright for sometimes. I certainly would not wear daily anymore.

  • JEN09/18/2002

I love, love, LOVE this perfume. I've been wearing it for over ten years and the compliments NEVER stop!

  • MARLENE08/29/2002

Nothing cheap smelling about this one. It smells too good. Be adventurous and live! Not synthetic smelling like a lot of mess out there now.

  • AMY08/23/2002

Way too strong and smells kinda cheap compared to other scents out now.

  • ERIC08/08/2002

I love to smell a woman wearing this. It's from the 80's yes, but if its good, its good. Only trendy, foolish, vapid people fall prey to what year something came out in.

  • JIL08/07/2002

Smelling this... flash back to long long sweaters worn with black stur-up pants and pink socks. EEEKKK...lets put this baby to rest...rest in peace! jil

  • CHANTELL07/01/2002

I have been looking for this one for my sister-one of her favorites. She smells very good in it, I like the food scents better. Thank you Perfume Emporium! The Testers at the store were all used up. Couldn't buy there-glad you have it here!!!

  • BETHANY07/01/2002

Only try this if you are not overly preocuppied about what year a fragrance comes out in-LOL, Give it a shot, you might actually like it, even though it came out in the "olden days" ;-)

  • SARA06/28/2002

Couldn't find it listed anywhere but here, you say. Exactly my point.

  • BETHANY06/19/2002

I just tried this one and was pleasantly surprised. It's a nice, clean slighly flowery scent. Smells clean and good, without doing the "room freshener" thing. I've only spotted this one online/here. I don't think this is a "dated" scent-If it smells good on you, it smells good on you.

  • STEPHANIE04/24/2002

I've always liked this and I think it smells great. I don't know how many people still wear it, but I don't think that matters. If you like something, you like it. I mean, how can a fragrance go out of style?? Fragrance is timeless.

  • LESLIE03/09/2002

a bit too strong for me

  • SARA03/03/2002

I clicked here just out of curiosity. I didn't think anyone still wore this stuff!!! Another fad (Remember those Liz triangle purses?!) from the 80s. I applaud the few brave souls on this list. Awesome.

  • LIZ02/27/2002

Liz has always been a favorite of mine..a beautiful fragrance that reminds me of days gone by.

  • LAURA02/23/2002

Thank you for selling this faboulous lotion! I have worn it for years and have not been able to get it at stores that used to carry it.

  • AIMEE12/19/2001

Clean; sporty; freesia; cool. Similar to Antonia's Flowers.

  • SWEET3712/18/2001

I have never been stopped by so many men wanting to know what kind of perfume I was wearing. I love Liz!!!

  • SUGAR12/12/2001

I can't find the original Liz Claiborne scent in Dept. stores anymore. Why are they fazing it out?

  • TOURA12/08/2001

This is as close as I come to wearing a fruit fragrance. I also like the hint of carnation. Not my favorite, but like i said, the only fruity scent I'd wear. Good for rounding out a fragrance wardrobe.

  • STEPHANIE09/05/2001

This is the only "fruity" smelling fragrance I like and would actually wear. I would recommend it to those of you who don't usually care for this type of fragrance. I was pleasantly surprised.

  • JENNIFER03/25/2001

This scent has been around for years and the reason is, its sweet, sexy, clean, feminine, and smells great on any woman who wears it and the cost is less then some of the newer perfumes that dont smell any better. A great perfume for a woman of any age and personality and mood.
