Winter Delice is a unisex fragrance with gingerbread, pine, greem notes and a touch of incense. While it's perfect in the winter it can be worn anytime and really serves as one of the better pine/incense fragrances available. Too bad this was a limited edition - grab whatever is available while you still can!

I just got my bottle today and i love it!!! This is definitely a holiday scent, but i will wear it year round. It smells very perfumy when you first spray it on, but it a couple of minutes the pine and gingerbread comes out and it ends up being a very masculine scent.

This is a very masculine smelling ladies perfume. I would love to smell it on my husband.

and can be worn by either gender I think.

I, like Miss Susan Winters, find this fragrance an absolute delight and seduction of the senses. I wore this one straight through the Christmas holidays and I just got a huge bottle of it. I know I will wear this one year round, I love the incense and gingerbread and the pine is just right. Beautiful, my favorite Aqua Allegoria, along with Herba Fresca.

I am wearing Winter Delice right now, and I find it very pleasant. It seems a little strong at first but dries down to a nice subtle spice. The ginger and pine in here are a great pairing. Makes me think of looking out the window in the evening right before Christmas, with blinking colored lights all around, and big fluffy snowflakes falling outside.

This is a beautiful spicy oriental. I believe the notes are ginger, Norway Pine, labdanum rock rose, vanilla, gingerbread and incense. If you want to seduce, treat yourself to this...my dates adore it (and my girlfriends are always asking for the name).

I bought this because of the reccomendations. I love winter scents, but this is gross! It smells like the man's cologne Aramis. I love Guerlain fragrances, but I think the Aqua Allegoria lineup smells raw.

I love this Aqua Allegoria the most of all. The scent is a combination of things we associate with the warmth of the holiday season: pine, ginger/gingerbread and more, but no flowers. Warm and yummy.

I believe that Giovanna was misfortuned and that the tester was old (evaporated fragrance)! Winter Delice was very nice fragrance, soft, warm and feminine, but it is discontinued. It was the best Aqua Allegoria.

I went to TJ Maxx looking for marked down cashmere pieces and saw this fragrance being sold there. I couldn't resist trying it on and regret it very much. It made me so nautious! Ar first, it smelled like a bad and bitter version of Organza Indecence. When it dried, it smelled a lot like Old Spice. Ugh! I can't point out what the notes are, but they're all very spicy. I went to the ladies room and scrubbed my arm with soap and water like there was no tomorrow, but the damn thing stuck to my skin for hours. on the other hand, three women saw me sniffing my wrist and asked me what I was wearing. They loved the fragrance and rushed to purchase the last few bottles left. Price: $19.00. Great deal for those who like Winter Delice.

Hi, PT! I'm not sure that you have smelled Winter Delice. It has nothing in common with "men's cologne*. It is very good, sophisticated, soft...feminine. The only bad thing about it - it was only limited edition!

I smelled this at Marshall's yesterday. It was terrible! Smells like a heavy men's cologne.I don;t see how any woman could wear it! Yuck!

Yes, I agree with you all this is a very good choice. I gotten compliments on with fragrance because it is so different! Fall, leaves, brisk cool days is what this scent reminds you of. Some stores like TJ Maxx and Marshals carry this! Check it out if you live in the US!

It was a limited edition for the last winter (winter 2000/2001). I agree - that was the best Aqua Allegoria. Guerlain made a big mistake when discontinued this nice stuff! It was especially nice for winter: warm and so - YUMMY!!!

I saw a gift box with Winter Delice and 3 minis of other Aqua Allegoria scents at Marshalls (I live in FL - I don't know if they all carry it nationwide)... but it was for $16.99! Go buy!

I don't like any of Aqua Allegoria fragrances, but I like Winter Delice. It is marvellous, soft, tender, warm fragrance. But it is discontinued, so buy it here in Perfume Emporium while you can.
