Perry Ellis America? Comes in a clear and brown bottle slightly yellow hue, encases in a brown box. Has a strong masculine scent, thats not too overpowering. At first it may seem too strong to some, but after a while of wearing you will barely notice. It does not take much, it is exactly how a cologne should wear.

I purchased this cologne for my son and a dear friend. I love the fragrance.

If you are looking for a less expensive to Polo sport, this is a winner. I think it is a good scent but in all honesty, it doesn't wear well on me.

What is this?????? It smells like soap water. I can see why it's one of the first Perry Ellis fragrances, it's a complete failure. Not sure I can recommend any of the Perry Ellis's, but should try Burberry, CK or Cartier.

America does smell good, but its sweetness seems more appropriate for women than for men.

this scent last too long and can be very over powering. i can't believe some blockheads here think its light or even weak...ugh you must have skin of steel.

Lasts long, but the smell is not to attractive to me, reminds me of puke for some reason, but thats just me, its not that bad in reality.

Smells exactly like Hugo Dark blue... except it doesn't last as long..so if u like this smeel go for Dark Blue by Hugo Boss

This is a cologne that is fresh and can be used by both young and mature men :) I purchased this for my 13-year old son and my husband kept borrowing it from him. This is a daytime and casual wear fragrance (IMO).

This is a very powerful scent. Some one here said its not long lasting that is you nose turning it off . I've sprayed this stuff and have still smell it on my tshirts days later. A great scent very much like Eternity for men in smell and lasting effect. GO LIGHTLY with this one!

I ordered a 1oz bottle of this to try out, having already purchased several other Perry Ellis colognes. To me, this is by far the best yet. Somewhat reminiscent of Reserve, but much sweeter. I was very impressed and recommend it, especially for the low price in comparison to other stuff on the market.

I have worn many colonges and America was really dissapointing. It does not last i think it will do well as maybe a blanket freshner
